Our cottage is cozy, and you'll love it when your stress melts away upon entering the hot tub and relaxing in the private backyard with majestic views of Lake Erie.

We are located about one mile east of the famous strip in Geneva-on-the-Lake. There are shops, bars, restaurants, and some great area parks and beaches. We are also just minutes from Bridge St. in the Historic Ashtabula Harbor. Ashtabula County is known for its covered bridges; consider taking a covered bridge tour or visiting one of the many area wineries. Please let us know which winery you and your guests prefer the most! Come and see all that Ashtabula County has to offer.

The surrounding area offers a wealth of activities for those seeking something to do. You will not have enough time to do it all. At the same time, there is so little to do, so bring along that book you want to read and sit on the back deck with 180-degree views of Lake Erie, listening to the crashing waves. Our cottage will not disappoint!!!

The cottage is stocked with great board games, and you can enjoy playing some old-school games on the table arcade game (Pac-Man, Galaga, Frogger, Donkey Kong, etc.) while looking out over the lake.

There is a fenced-in yard, a grill for cooking out, and a huge deck to relax, soak up the sun, and enjoy the magical views Lake Erie offers from the big new large hot tub. The yard is completely private and features a fire pit, cornhole, and ample outdoor space for your entertainment.

The cottage has high-speed internet, a complete cable package, and a 50" Roku Smart TV in the living area, which is excellent for watching big sports games or movies.

Our cottage has been completely remodeled, and all furnishings are brand new. There are two bedrooms; The master has a king-size bed, a dresser, a nightstand, a closet, and a 32" Roku Smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a dresser, a nightstand, and a TV. The bathroom features a large, beautifully tiled walk-in shower with a built-in seat. There is a sectional couch, a coffee table, and a 50" Roku Smart TV in the living area with amazing views of Lake Erie. The dining area seats four and offers fantastic views as well. The kitchen is stocked well with the basics.

Due to Lake Erie's rising water levels, for your safety, we do not recommend using the walkway down to the water. There is, however, a beach at the Geneva State Park, about 3.5 miles west of us.

Dog-friendly: Small to medium-sized dogs are welcome with prior approval and an additional fee of $150 per stay.
