Thank you for your feedback, Leanna. I’m sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. I would, however, like to clarify a few points for future guests reading this review. I acknowledged that the home was not completely ready at your arrival and apologized for the brief delay. Before leaving, I specifically asked if there was anything else you needed, and you told me there was not. I also learned upon arrival that you had brought a dog, which had not been disclosed prior to check-in. Given the inconvenience with the delayed check-in, I waived the pet fee entirely. Additionally, I offered you three complimentary hours of late checkout, which you accepted, and I immediately changed your checkout time in the Vrbo app from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. None of the additional concerns mentioned in this review were brought to my attention during the stay, which unfortunately prevented me from addressing them immediately. After checkout, I did not receive a message from you regarding these concerns; instead, I was contacted through Airbnb regarding a request for financial compensation. I always welcome guests bringing concerns to my attention during their stay so that I have an opportunity to resolve them promptly. I appreciate your feedback and will continue working to provide a comfortable experience for all guests.

During your stay, you contacted us with several issues, and we responded promptly by arranging for maintenance and housekeeping to address them as quickly as possible. Our goal is always to resolve concerns while our guests are still in the home. We respectfully disagree with several statements in your review. At no time was the property represented as ADA or wheelchair accessible, nor did you inquire about accessibility features before booking. Additionally, our communication throughout your stay remained prompt and professional, and we made every reasonable effort to assist you. Following your report regarding a suspected mold concern, we immediately restricted access to the affected area and arranged for professional evaluation and remediation. The safety of our guests is always our highest priority. We continuously inspect, maintain, and improve our property based on guest feedback. While we understand that every guest's experience is unique, we are proud that many of our guests have enjoyed comfortable stays and have left positive reviews highlighting our responsiveness and hospitality.
