Had a great time here! Accommodated my family of 5 and we really loved how nice the atmosphere of the house was. Everything was great from the furniture being top notch, the pool vibe being relaxed and not busy ever, the host was very helpful, the kitchen was fantastic, the view from the back balcony was absolutely perfect and the overall experience was fantastic! If you’re looking for a great place to spend your family vacation this is the spot, it’s walking distance to the kings shops and lava lava beach and has breathtaking views. Comfortable patio furniture with sunrises and sunsets that can’t be beat! Parking spot was a covered space, and coconut trees surround the entire place. Geckos will come chill with you on the balcony while you enjoy coffee in the morning! 100% will be staying here again! Made our trip perfect having this place to relax and unwind in after adventuring around the island all day!

A fantastic, get away!

we love the property with its easy access to so many of the beautiful parts of the big island. We felt at home and had all the things we needed to have a restful amazing trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I absolutely loved this rental! I stayed here for 3.5 weeks, and everything exceeded my expectations. I'm very particular about cleanliness and usually feel a bit anxious when staying in rentals, but I was incredibly impressed with how spotless this place was.Everyone we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. The location was fantastic—we loved being able to take a short walk to the shops along Queen and King Streets and enjoy dinners at the new Tommy Bahama restaurant.Our favorite part of the stay was the deck. It had comfortable furniture and a breathtaking view, making it the perfect place to start each morning and soak in the beauty of the island.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Peaceful vacation base

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay almost exclusively in vacation rentals because I am a light sleeper and can't sleep in many hotels. I slept like a baby in this condo! It was quiet during the night with people walking about during the day. It is walkable to Queens and Kings markets which have cute stores and restaurants. It's also walkable to A-Bay, but there is a ton of easy parking so we drove. We spent an afternoon at the pool and it was clean and people were friendly. We found the condo to actually be nicer than it looks in the photos. When we did have an issue, the rental company was quick to address and we went about our vacation. If you are looking for a quiet, clean homebase that has walkable stores and restaurants to visit the island- this is it. TIP- make reservations to walk to dinner there were long waits for those trying to walk in. Also the grocery store in Queens Marketplace has better prices, great sandwiches and good produce.

I walk to Island Vintage coffee every morning and get hot lunch or breakfast at queens market. The property is well kept and felt like we were at a resort. The property itself is clean ans spacious for our family of 5 (kids are 8, 10, & 15 yrs. old). Well equipped and clean. Complete with beach chairs, mat, cooler, etc. I would definitely recommend this property and would go back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at the Fairway Villas! We love the location and proximity of the shops and dining options. Quiet property, relaxing pool and beautiful grounds. This was our first time renting through Knutson and Associates and our first stay in this particular unit. They are by far one of the best companies we’ve rented through. They have very thorough check in instructions and are extremely easy to get communicate with. Simple questions were answered quickly via text and they even followed up to make sure any issues were resolved. We’ve rented a lot in the past on the BI and other islands and I’m very impressed with their communication. The unit itself was well stocked with everything we needed for our 9 day stay. Kitchen had everything you needed for meals in, plenty of beach gear and towels. Overall our stay was very comfortable! Looking forward to return visits!
