Timber Lodge is located in the gated community of Hidden Springs Resort right outside of Pigeon Forge, TN. Only 1.5 miles from Dollywood (you can hear the train whistle at Dollywood from the comfort of the cabin and occasionally watch the Dollywood fireworks from the front porch) and 4 miles from the strip in Pigeon Forge! The gated resort features an attractive and airy glass-enclosed swimming pool. The pool is 3 feet to 5 feet deep and is 20 feet wide and 46 feet long.The pool is closed every year from January to beginning of March for maintenance and upkeep. Pool temps vary but they try to keep the temperature around 82 degrees. There is also a room in the HOA building at the entrance to the resort that contains vending machines and a brochure station providing info to alot of the adventures in the area. It is a very easy drive on all paved roads. There is a cabin to the right of Timber Lodge but there are no cabins below or to the left so there is plenty of privacy. There is parking for 8 right in front of the cabin as well as 2 charcoal grills. You will need to walk up 5 stairs to the entry door but once inside you can take the elevator to the desired level. Each bedroom door is numbered so you can all pick your sleeping arrangements before arriving to avoid the chaos of fighting for your space. :)

Level 1
Fully stocked kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 ovens, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a rolling island that can be moved into the kitchen when you need more countertop space for cooking yummy meals.

2 gorgeous dining tables with seating for 24. Cozy living room with 75" Tv that can be viewed from the living and dining area. Electric fireplace (the fireplaces do not produce heat). Full height windows on this level provide incredible mountain views from the comfort of the indoors. There is a common bathroom across from the dining area that has a huge jetted tub and shower. There is also a stackable laundry unit in a closet by the dining area.

Bedroom 1(sleeps 2)- King bed, 55 " Smart Tv, ceiling fan, dresser, nightstands, and private bathroom with shower.

Access the main level deck from the dining/living area. This deck provides incredible mountain views from the comfort of a rocking or adirondack chair or the warmth of the Hot Tub.

Level 2
Game area includes bar top table with seating for 6, pool table, arcade game and 65" smart TV. From the game area head out onto the 2nd level deck where you will find another hot tub and more relaxing seating.

Bedroom 2 (sleeps 6) - 2 queen beds and a twin trundle bed. 55" smart TV, ceiling fan, dresser and nightstands. This bedroom has direct access to bathroom 3 which contains a tub/shower combo and is also accessed from the game area.

Bedroom 3 (sleeps 12) is the bunk room with 3 sets of full size bunks, a 55" smart TV, and dresser. This bedroom has access to a jack and jill bathroom (bathroom 4) which contains a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 4 (sleeps 2) has a king bed, 55" smart TV, ceiling fan, dresser, and nightstands. This bedroom also has access to bathroom 4 mentioned above.

Level 3

Stay in for the night and enjoy a movie in your private movie theater! Theater seating for 8 and a comfy couch. The 86" smart TV and sound system will be a favorite for everyone.

From the theater area you can access the 3rd level deck with 4 rocking chairs and more amazing views of Mount Leconte.

There is a designated work station with desk, chair and lamp on this level for those who need space to work. There is also another stackable washer/dryer set connected to the theater area.

Bedroom 5 (sleeps 2)- King bed, 55" smart TV, ceiling fan, dresser and nightstands.

Bathroom 5 is directly across the hall from bedroom 5 and has a shower. This bathroom is easily accessed from the theater room area as well.

Bedroom 6 (sleeps 4) 2 queen beds, 43" smart TV, ceiling fan, dresser, and nightstand. Has direct access to bathroom 6 which contains a tub/shower combo and can also be accessed from the theater area.

Bedroom 7 (sleeps 2)- King Bed, 55" Smart TV, Ceiling fan, dresser, nightstands, and direct access to bathroom 7 which is a jack and jill bath shared with bedroom 8 and has a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 8 (sleeps 2)- King bed, 55" smart TV, ceiling fan, dresser and nightstands. Direct access to bathroom 7 and DIRECT ACCESS to level 3 deck!

In order to accommodate all group sizes we occasionally lower the price to a lower price range for a group of 12 or less. If your group is larger than 12, please reach out prior to booking so we can make sure the pricing is correct for your size group. It is guest responsibility to notify us of exact guest count.

Excellent customer service is something we take great pride in. Prior to check-in and check-out, we give very thorough instructions so that visitors may just unwind and take it easy while on vacation. We are excellent at providing prompt responses to questions and concerns. The process of checking in is very simple. A door code will be sent to you the day before check-in. There's no need to meet someone to get keys!

Guests have access to the entire cabin except for the 3 locked owners' closets. Guests also have access to the resort pool and resort office that has vending machines and brochures for activities in the area

There are 2 cameras located on the exterior of the cabin. One is on the front porch and views the porch and front door. The second camera views the parking area.
There is also a camera in the community pool area that is ran by the HOA.

Guest will have access to the entire cabin except for locked owner's closet.

There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet. If pets are included in guest count at time of booking, the fee is already included in your total. If pets are not included in guest count at time of booking then we will request payment through resolution center for pet fee(s).
