Great spot with lots to do! The pond was great with the rowboat and pool nice and clean. Home is beautiful and close to so many good restaurants, shopping and just before the Bourne bridge. Host was so accommodating and easy to reach out to. We would definitely rent again!

Communication sets the tone for any vacation and Brian was quick to respond and patient with any of my questions. The location was perfect for us as we had a three hour drive and with three young children we didn’t have to worry about bridge traffic. On days we ventured out we just factored in additional time. The lake is breathtaking and so relaxing and some in our party enjoyed the paddle boat. It was also wonderful to sit by the large pool. Inside there’s no lack of areas to sleep and the three indoor bathrooms and outdoor shower accommodated our party of 10. I’d highly recommend this location if you don’t need to be in the heart of activity because you’re looking b to relax. CVS is a short walk down the road and there’s easy access to stores and other Cape Town’s.

The house was perfect for our large group. Any issues we encountered were promptly addressed by Brian and Kimberly. The pool was greatly appreciated by my children and grandchildren!

We’re in Boston and bought the house for ourselves but we love to share with others so we can spend some weeks local.

Why they chose this property

I liked that the kids could go off and ride their bikes. We use the dock to take the boat out sometimes or just hang by the water. We walk to the playground by the police station, CVS, Electric Beach, or there is a beach with swings across our pond you can also walk to.

What makes this property unique

It has much less traffic for Cape Cod considering its location.
