It is a two bedroom, one bath, and parking for 2-3 cars in driveway. It also has exclusive use of private backyard patio for grilling, chilling and entertaining, and an outdoor shower that is shared with the rear guests. The unit is air conditioned, has a well stocked kitchen, great front porch for dining or lounging , yet is on a quiet street that is only steps away from all you need in P-Town. You're close to the supermarket, dog-park, laundry, galleries, restaurants, town beach, and so much more. Park the car and walk everywhere....This place is for you!

Why they chose this property
Court Street is a gem - it's very quiet yet literally only steps from everything! You can park your cars and walk to everything in town. We have had our eye out for a great property that we could potentially retire in, but in the meantime, share it with friends and guests alike. It's in the West End, but so close to town. The property has great vibes and we're excited about making it your favorite place to stay. This place will be great for entertaining and relaxing.
What makes this property unique
Fabulous front porch, back deck and private patio out back. Each unit has exclusive off-street parking for two cars. Enjoy the outdoor shower, too. Short walk to everything, including the supermarket, dog-park, laundry and more.
