The full basement is set up as additional living space with billiards/ping pong table topper, huge flat screen tv, full size refrigerator, games & beach gear for guest use! 1 car parking, outdoor shower & bbq area and 4 badges to the beach. Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.

The property was exactly as explained. Very clean and comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the downstairs recreation area. I purchased a mat for the bathtub as it was very slippery. It would also be great if there were a couple of useful kitchen knives. There were only steak knives.
