This beautiful three bedroom three bathroom gulf front condo is located on the seventh floor of our Grand Tower Building. This unit is in the Tower building it is an easy stroll to the beach which allows you to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The views from the condo are absolutely breathe taking. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed plus a sitting area with a 32 inch Smart Tv and the Master Bathroom has a tub/shower combo. One Guest Bedroom has a King size bed with a 32 inch Smart tv the bathroom and has a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has two full beds size beds with a 32 inch Smart Tv and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is eight. The living room has a 75 inch Smart TV with comfortable furnishings. The open-plan kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffee maker and also a Keurig machine. The condo is equipped with a washer/dryer unit. The condo is fully carpeted with marble tile in the entryway. The unit also has a open balcony that directly faces the Gulf of Mexico to enjoy the spectacular views and the gorgeous Siesta Sunsets.

Palm Bay Club Stay

This weekend away at the Palm Bay Club in Sarasota was INCREDIBLE! The staff at check-in, the amount of space in the condo, the views, the beautiful beach and the downtown made the weekend absolutely perfect. I am so excited to hopefully return soon!

nice for a small group

Property has plenty of parking, gated access, private beach. Tower was a little dated, but in good shape. The unit was great for a small group as each BR has it's own full bath. V. spacious living area. one ac unit fan was quite loud, some noise from beach at night, but mostly a great experience.

The quality of dishes, kitchen equipment includes Wolf convection stove, subzero frog,, washer dryer combo. I love the open air patio with fan. There are no insect issues. We wanted sheets for pull out sofa bed. The decor is dated but in good condition except dining chair seat cushions. Carpet seems to be hard to maintain, there were some stains on it on arrival, but we like the feel of carpet.

The view and layout of the property was beautiful. The staff were very welcoming and helpful at check in, out, and during our stay as there were a couple unit faults. The ceiling in one bathroom was leaking from the exhaust fan and light over the shower while the second bath the leak was only from the exhaust fan. Fortunately the third bath was fine. The maintenance attempted to fix by cutting out the ceiling…still leaked and told us to use the towels and garbage can to catch the water and reminded us we were leaving Sunday anyway. But the office staff returned our calls, answered questions and offered a refund towards our stay for the disruptions. Also, the unit was to be remodeled the week after we left so its probably in working condition now.
