This wonderful detached 3 BR, 2 BA villa with caged in pool, fully fitted aircondition/heating, is located in a beautiful parkland in The Meadows, Sarasota.
In the Meadows, there are 85 lakes & 14 miles of paved walking & bike trails.
It’s 3 mins from the public golf courses “The Groves” & “The Highlands“, seasonal membership for the private Meadows Country Club may be purchased to access the private golf course, tennis courts & community pool.

The comfortable bright living room features a flat screen TV, high speed WiFi.
A second TV in the Master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom & walk-in wardrobe.
The spacious dining area, fully equipped kitchen, as well as the breakfast room which opens to the pool deck.
Solar heated Pool.
It’s tastefully furnished for home comfort, there’s also a good quality piano for music makers!

Downtown Sarasota is only 17 mins away.
The UTC shopping center is only 8 minutes away by car, restaurants and supermarkets are nearby.
The award-winning beaches are also just a short drive away (30 minutes by car).
We provide 2 sets of golf club, 2 bicycles with helmets (use at own risk), beach chairs, umbrella & cooler box. Also included barbecue by the pool side.

Pool heating – Important information
We offer optional pool heating to make your stay even more enjoyable, especially during the cooler months.
Pool heating is available for an additional charge of $100.00 per week plus 13% tax.
Please note that the water temperature of the pool is naturally affected by outside temperatures, weather conditions, and cooling during the night.
After cool nights, especially in winter, the pool can lose heat overnight.
Therefore, it is normal for the water temperature to be well below 85°F in the morning and it may take several hours for it to warm up again.
The pool heater only works when the pool pump is running and automatically turns off once the water reaches a temperature of approximately 85°F.
For safety reasons and to protect the equipment in extremely cold outdoor temperatures, the pool heater may not be activated at all.
This is a built-in safety feature and does not indicate a malfunction.
We ask our guests to consider the pool heater a comfort feature and not a guarantee of a constant water temperature.

If you prefer a higher pool temperature than 85°F, this can be arranged upon request up to a maximum of 89°F. An additional fee of $25 per week plus 13% tax applies.
