This completely renovated 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom/ 1 car garage house is located south of historic St. Augustine, by beautiful Crescent and historical Butler beaches. This property, situated on a corner lot in the southern part of Anastasia Island, provides easy access to all St. Augustine offers.

The house is located across Anastasia's newest beach walk and provides convenient access to the beach.
This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a convertible Murphy bed in the living room comfortably accommodates 8 guests. Inside, relish the comforts of the spacious floorplan. Start your mornings on the screened porch, enjoying your favorite beverage as you prepare for the day, and make the most of your back porch by hosting BBQs for family and friends. After a long day, relax in the owner's suite, which grants access to the screened porch. The two guest rooms at the front share a convenient bathroom

our group came and stayed for the daytona 500 nascar race, and this house was perfect!!! the short walk to the beach was amazing and the beach was not crowded at all. definitely hoping we can book this place again next year!

Ad on VRBO is misleading. It says at the top 3 bedrooms but then lists 1 king, 1 Queen, 2 Double beds, 1 Queen.Well the 2nd Queen is a folding cot. The only place to put it is the living room! So we had 1 family that had to sleep in the living room. It is also NOT a whole house. It is a duplex. The backyard is shared with the people in the other half. The host also assured me the backyard was fully fenced....it is NOT. There is a privacy fence but not enclosed. Made things difficult with my dog.The house was in need of repair, the front bedroom window is broken and held on with a screw, leaving a gap so the traffic on A1A kept us awake all night. The back screen door does not latch. There was no hot water in the shower though. I will say we let the host know and he sent somebody over within an hour and fixed it. When we got there there were dirty dishes put away in the cabinet. The floor was filthy. We were extremely unhappy with our stay.
