Beautiful Townhome a quarter mile to Peak 8 and 1 mile from downtown Breckenridge, all easily accessible from nearby shuttle stops. No Car necessary from this location! There is a heated single car garage...if you don't end up parking in the garage you can play ping pong in there! There is Xfinity Cable along with Xfinity High-Speed WiFi. Private Hot Tub behind Cucumber Gulch. You choose a 4 digit code that I can program for access to the property prior to your arrival.
