All have full modern kitchens. Washer, dryer, and central air conditioning. The building is well equipped with multiple staircases, elevators and handicap ramps, an outside shower and parking for one car. Some units are NON-SMOKING. This building books very quickly-reserve early or lose your spot!

Great location-Smokey balcony

Neighbors smoked so couldn’t sit out in balcony much. Great location on boardwalk/comfortable master bed. Good parking/wide spaces.

The property itself was beautiful but there were issues.

We enjoyed the property itself very much. It was well kept and had everything we needed. We did have two troubling issues. When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned at all. There was food and crumbs on the counters and floors, the beds were totally disheveled with comforters and such on the floors. There was sand all over the entire unit, and the counters were gritty. We cleaned and tried to vacuum but the vacuum wasn't working very well. The second issue was discovered on the second day when we turned on the TV. There was an error status coded on the screen. I called Comcast and spent abut an hour trying to work it out. Eventually that got straight, but it was a bit frustrating at first and the wifi seemed to have issues all week. We felt that for what we paid for the week, these issues should never been.

We wish that you had contacted us about the unit cleanliness, so we could have addressed this right away. This particular property owner contract privately for the cleaning services, so there may have been a communication breakdown between them regarding your check in. Comcast does sometimes cause us issues, but we are glad that once you contacted us we were able to resolve the issues.
