We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean and tastefully decorated, and the view from our balcony was AMAZING! We had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We had one small issue with the AC, but the host responded promptly with the solution. We definitely plan on coming again.

The place was just as described. We satyed for a week. The couch was just as comfy as the bed. Pam was a wonderful host! She was full of wonderful restaurant recommendations & was very prompt with the couple of little issues that we had. If/when we go back we'll definitely stay here again :)

Wonderful Condo

Condo was clean and easy to get into upon arrival. The view is spectacular. We had everything we needed to cook some meals. We really enjoyed the pools and using the beach chairs provided. (No umbrella but we brought one) The shower felt amazing! The bed was comfortable. We hope to return to this place.

The bedroom is NOT oceanfront but the UNIT has ocean front view from where the fold out couch is. I don’t think that’s mentioned in the listing of what the view is from the bedroom. Otherwise the unit was great.

Cozy, Comfortable, Breathtaking 11th Floor Oceanfront Condo

The condo’s beachy decor lent itself to the cozy comfortable feeling we experienced during our stay. The king size bed was very comfortable, kitchen accessories and utensils available and beach wear (chairs and towels) were available. All communications with the owner was prompt. Parking was somewhat challenging. We initially parked on the 7th floor but discovered that we were always able to find space on the Lobby Level 2nd floor. We enjoyed our stay.

Host is very kind and informative. Check in was absolutely seamless, which always makes me nervous with VRBOs but Pam was wonderful. Condo was as described and presented in photos, clean, organized, and had toiletries, kitchen utensils/cookware,etc. Beautiful view of the beach! Great location in relation to food and activities north and south of the resort. The resort itself has nice amenities, a pool, a lazy river and a tiki bar where they serve drinks for adults. There are also 2 nice walkways to get down to the beach. The condo complex itself shows a little wearing as expected, elevators run slow most times with so many guests, expect a few extra minutes to and from your vehicle, but all in all we were happy with our stay and the host.

This unit is clean, well-kept and cutely decorated. Great view from the balcony of the ocean and with it being a corner unit, there was a fair amount of privacy. The kitchen was well-equipped with anything and everything you could need to prepare your own meals. The television had a variety of streaming services for entertainment after dinner or when the weather doesn't cooperate. Pam was excellent at responding in a timely manner to any and all questions we had. For those who enjoy and appreciate decent water pressure for showers, this unit is for you! Thanks, Pam, for an enjoyable stay and we will definitely stay at this unit when we return to Myrtle Beach.

Exceptional In Every Way

My husband and I came for a romantic getaway and this bae-cay getaway did not disappoint. Beautiful and true to its listing, its the perfect spot. End unit , fully equipped with everything you can think you'll need. Super comfy beds promise a great nights sleep, full kitchen, bedroom and living room. And.then theres the VIEW. The pictures you will take will be AMAZING. Highly recommend! If we could give more stars, we would. Enjoy!

The location is phenomenal , the guests are friendly , the location is spot on for all sorts of dates & family adventures . It’s peaceful @ night , especially for a late night walk on the beach . If you have children , there’s plenty of others to play with . I mean , indoor & outdoor pool plus the lazy river & BAR AREA !! The pictures do not do justice.Owner is on point with communication at any time . Sweetest most real down to earth person without even have met . 100% !Give this place a shot & you won’t regret it.

I was raised in southern California and spent many happy days at the beach. Since then, I have rented many beach front condo's over the years. Obviously, there have been some rentals that stood out while others were clearly owned and managed by those only interested in profit.

My dream has always been to buy a beachfront condo and create a place that feels like a home away from home, my happy place. I continue to add conveniences that allow my guests to focus on fun versus having to run to the store every time they realize there's something else that is not available in the condo.

We've made some significant improvements on the place and are excited about our future plans to make this the top choice destination for our guests.

Why they chose this property

When you walk into the condo, you will see a fabulous beachfront view. This is an end unit that allows you to lie in bed and watch the sunset over the water or sit on the balcony and let the water lull you into tranquility.

The condo is centrally located between the downtown area and North Myrtle beach where you will find a variety of specialty shopping and dining establishments. There is also a couple dinner show places close by.

What makes this property unique

You will find my standards are much higher than the normal.

Upgraded and new bed and bedding with superior quality that matches my primary residence. New, oversized and plush bath towels.

Beach mat, chairs, beach toys and towels all provided for your ultimate convenience.

In the kitchen, you'll find a full size fridge, stove, microwave and everything you need to prepare meals or enjoy cocktails on the balcony.

Lastly and most important, the cleanliness bar is set very high.
