Classic nine room 1920's Dutch Colonial offering spacious living room/fireplace opens to south facing sunroom with access to deck overlooking terraced gardens and walkways. 2nd floor consists of MBR with sunroom, three more BRs and nicely updated bath all open to a gracious large hall. Beautifully finished fir flooring throughout, original natural maple trim details and several double French doors add to the charm of this solidly built home. Large back yard meets back dirt road perfect for short walk to beach or evening star gazing.

Why they chose this property

This house provides ample space and is walking distance to the beach, town, and ferry. The backyard runs out to a dirt road that is close to the bike trail as well. The back deck is great for entertaining.

What makes this property unique

The ferry is minutes away. The bus goes right by the house. There is an aquarium and playground down the street and loads of food venues. The ARTS and Music have a strong presence in this scientific community also.
