The property was double booked and we were charged for a deposit as well as the insurance and received a confirmation we were all set with our itinerary. After several attempts to contact the host, they finally replied the morning that we were to check in and told us they already have tenants in the property for the next thirteen days. They had no idea how the app allowed for the double booking.The one star ratings do not reflect on the property or the location. It is in a perfect location and looks like a very nice home. Our issue is completely with application and the booking process. Seeing as how there is no easy way to request a refund through the site, we will be taking it up with our credit card company.
