Less than 500ft from the beach & in the heart of South Padre Island’s entertainment district, this family friendly condo is in a perfect location! Enjoy the peace and quiet that our complex provides while being centrally located & just a short walk away from so many attractions. After enjoying the day at the beach, fire up the grill on our private balcony which overlooks the pool and hot tub from the second floor! Cable & wifi included! This condo provides the perfect vacation get away.

2 Bed, 2 Bath - 2nd Floor Unit - Parking Onsite for 2 Vehicles (must park bumper to bumper to occupy no more than 1 space) - Fully Equipped Kitchen - Washer & Dryer in the unit - New furniture and beds/mattresses in 2023 - Newly renovated bathrooms in 2022 - Amenities include: Shampoo, Soap, Towels, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels - Cable & wifi - 1 Queen, 1 Double, 2 Twins, 1 Queen (sofa bed). Our pool is heated and cooled for use year round!
30+ day reservations are available, send us a message. These longer term stays are popular with a snow birds/winter Texans in the winter months.
Pool and hot tub hours end at 11PM, daily
You will be able to self check-in upon your arrival. Any issue, question, or concern you have, we’ll be ready with a quick answer over text, email or the phone.
This condo is so close to everything! Less than 500ft from the beach, a 2 minute walk to Coco Beach Bar and the Meatball Cafe, a 5 minute walk to Tequila Sunset Bar & Grill, Laguna Bob's, and Louie's Backyard, a 7 minute walk to the fabulous Grapevine Cafe, an 8 minute walk to the Blue Marlin Supermarket and the Painted Marlin Grill, a 9 minute walk to Margaritas Beach Bar & grill, and a 12 minute walk to Palm’s Cafe. Walk everywhere!
This is a family-friendly complex, so please take the party to the beach. If all guests are adults, at least one guest must be 25 years of age. Most of all, enjoy SPI and have fun!
