Cozy two bedroom one bath house that is an easy 10 minute walk to thebeach. 1 mile to the San Clemente pier, easy stroll to restaurants, bars, parks. Bicycles, surfboards included in the rental. Outdoor shower and a ton of outdoor living space. Barbecue, picnic table, cornhole, outdoor fire pit too. Beachside living at its finest. One driveway parking spot
