Great Beach Front House in the new Beach Front Gated Community of Riverwalk. The house has Ocean Views from the living areas, outdoor patios and master bedroom. The house sits a 15 second walk from the waves and gorgeous sunset of Jaco. The house is spacious (3 bedrooms - Queen Queen and Queen) and 3 full baths. The house is well equipped with stainless appliances, cable TV, high speed internet, washer/dryer, BBQ grill, covered outdoor patio, 1 car garage (guest parking available too). There is an oversized pool across the street with a cover bar area and nice patio furniture.

A great value for the location on the south end of the beach.

Great , safe gated community, place is awesome with a person who physically works the gate 24/7 . Few steps to the beach and central located to all the food and shops!

As expected, no surprises

Everything was as expected. Some normal ware from being a rental but minor. Could use a casserole dish in the kitchen for baking in oven.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We got to the location, got in and the home was nothing like it was advertised. Not stocked with anything, furniture not clean and home not in good condition. No communication from host or concierge. Tried to call/text them and never got a response. We didn’t stay here and rented something else. Horrible experience and would not recommend to anyone! Would give zero rating but can’t.
