Tony Birdrock is the fashionable walking district of South La Jolla, family friendly with many great shops, restaurants, parks, sunsets. Our tropical Paradise Resort home is the perfect family retreat. Walk to many great locations, beaches, and more. Our home is over 3,650 sq feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Top floor with 11 foot ceilings, master suite with jacuzzi tub, walk in closet, two bedrooms with connecting jack and jill bathroom, computer study, balconies with ocean views. Down stairs has a entry way, galley kitchen, large dining room, office/computer area and very large family room with flat screen TV DVD, comfy couches, desks, and entry to you tropical back yard with free form pool, spa, built it BBQ, tiki bar. Our private garden alley with fruit trees, garden, birds is quite special.

Relax in your spacious 3,650 sq ft tropical paradise in tony Birdrock, La Jolla. Only blocks to the ocean, Birdrock is a fantastic family location, with great restaurants, shops and fun, just a bike ride to La Jolla's many sights and fun. Nearby pocket beaches and parks make for great close in fun. Best of all is you own tropical paradise with pool, triple grottos and spa, built in BBQ, tiki bar, and even a private garden alley. Huge bonus room with flat screen TV, DVD, WIFI makes for the perfect La Jolla vacation.

Great Location!

Great location, clean, and well equipped home. Located in a quiet neighborhood, just one block to the shops and restaurants. Also it's an easy ride or walk to the beach. House is dated but well furnished. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. The surrounding garden and pool are also nice and well maintained.
