Puerto pinasco vacation

Enjoyed our rental. But didn't get any instructions as our friends did as to what was required of us upon departure (i.e. remove sheets or wash sheets).

Our stay was ok however everything in this condo is extremely old including furniture to appliances. It’s like renting a condo in the 1980s. When we arrived, there was a sign on the washing machine that it was out of service, so I couldn’t was what I needed to wash. There’s no shampoo or conditioner provided, only one small tiny bar of soap, so bring your own toiletries. I will say though that the condo was clean and tidy.

We would stay again

Location- the location is great. Very close to the beach. Beautiful ocean view and sounds Check in- very easy. The front desk staff were very nice. The unit- it was very clean. The kitchen was decently stock with just about everything you will need. The items that were missing and I think belong ( based on other VRBO’s etc that we have stayed in) are: a large pot ( pasta, corn on the cob), some Tupperware storage containers. We ended up buying some at Walmart to store our fruit in the fridge. And lastly, hot pads. We did find one in the cabinet above the stove. There is a large supply of plates, bowls, cups and silverware. There were all the small appliances you will need as well. Supplies: We ended up purchasing toilet paper as there were only 2 rolls provided. I’m sure they would have given us more but I didn’t want to ask the front desk Direction: We are used to a folder or binder of information in the unit. Information regarding WiFi, trash, and what to do upon check out. We had to ask and I just think it’s nice to have that information in the unit. Overall- we were very happy and would absolutely rent the same unit again. *** the bed is quite hard *** there are 2 separate ac controls. One in the kitchen for the main living areas and one in the bedroom.

Great Time!

We came down to Las Palmas with our kids and had a great time! The only thing that could have been better was if one of the pools was heated. The first day we were there was pretty chilly and windy and it would have been so nice if one of the pools was heated. The kids didn't mind but it was too cold for the adults. But the unit itself was gorgeous, the views were incredible, and the property was well maintained and well worth it! We will definitely be going back soon!

Nicely decorated, clean, comfortable with beautiful view of the ocean

The unit itself couldn’t have been any nicer and, overall, the resort is well managed. The only two reasons I didn’t give Las Palmas five stars were 1) they didn’t allow my friends who were visiting for the day to use the main pools even though I’ve offered to pay a guest fee and 2) the current situation taking overpriced and inconsistently priced cab rides from the resort to restaurants and shops in and around Puerto Penasco (which Las Palmas has little if any control over) took away from the overall enjoyment of our stay.
