Family Weekend

We visited Fruita for a milestone birthday. The home was spacious, comfortable and the a lot of nice amenities, very kid friendly. We were all comfortable and felt safe. The whole process went very smooth. I highly recommend the lovely place to anyone. It was very centrally located.

Clean and had necessary amenities that we needed. Our grandkids enjoyed playing foosball. We wished we could’ve had more time to enjoy the house - games, books, etc but we were there to attend a family reunion in Grand Junction.

Fruita biking

Great place for bikers. Indoor bike storage with tools and a bike stand, excellent. Lots of fun games to entertain us after biking. Great outdoor hangout space. Every thing you need.

Biking adventure with friends

Excellent stay and very accommodating towards biking. Has its own bike room with bike racks and tools to fix your bike. Super clean and everything you need to cook (including instant pot). Very close to town (walking distance). Love the grassing back yard to hangout after a good day of bike riding. Thank you, Mike,

This house is exactly as advertised: a modern, beautifully updated home in a great, very quiet neighborhood. I booked this for a golf trip with four buddies specifically because it had three bathrooms and looked incredibly clean in the pictures. It completely exceeded our expectations for the location and price! Check-in was flawless, and the backyard was the perfect hangout spot for our group.I honestly struggle to come up with anything Jennifer could do differently. She runs a fantastic property, and I will absolutely try to book her place every time I am in the area.I do have one humorous observation regarding the checkout instructions asking guests to "leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived." Honestly, this is impossible to achieve! Whoever Jennifer has cleaning and prepping this house has set a master-class bar. For a group of five guys to leave it that spotless, checkout time would need to be extended to 6 PM! All jokes aside, we understood the message is simply to be respectful of the beautiful space she has invested in for guests to enjoy.Bottom line: If we could give this property and host more than 5 stars, we would. It is a 10-star property for the price. Thank you, Jennifer, for providing exactly what your listing promised. Wow!
