This cozy home is nestled just above Netarts Bay looking out to the Ocean! A wrap around deck allows you to sit outside and listen to the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore - or -bring out the barbeque for outdoor meals while you take in the view!

The large windows across the front of the house allow you to enjoy those sunny days or experience the thrill of the Pacific storms that blow through in the winter season. After the storm, bundle up and walk the beach to see what treasures have washed up on shore. This area is famous for the bounty of agates that can be found!

The `Bunk room`- Family room has several activities to offer: Pool table, Foosball Table, a snack bar, and fisherman`s wet sink for the catch of the day! And to enjoy the outdoors, you can go out on the front deck and relax in the hot tub. A great place to watch the sun set over the water at dusk...and see the sky light up in red, yellow, pink and orange. You can also see the Three Arch Rocks to the north towering over the seas. This is were you can relax and listen to the sounds of the seagulls flying nearby.

You can enjoy the sunsets from the Main level living area or from the Hot tub on the front deck, over looking the Bay.

This wonderful home has a wood burning fireplace. Gather your family around and enjoy the cozy atmosphere it brings.

A multi-purpose room, the Bunkroom-Family-Game room, has so much to offer! A fish cleaning station for the sportsman, and games for the rest of the group: a pool table and Foose Ball table for hours of fun! There is also a snack bar for yummy goodies to munch on while you are playing or just watching all the action!

wifi, charcoal grill- we don`t stock the charcoal, so grab it it you are planning to use it.

We also have a large number of rubber boots and clamming items, if you want to try your hand at clamming.

I am available if you need me, but if not, you are left to your own peace and quiet :-)

We are located in a small coastal neighbor hood and ask that yo be respectful of quiet times as voices carry. T
Pets~
There`s a $25 pet fee per pet. As Airbnb does not allow a category to add them. You will need to contact me and add them to your reservation.
Must be flea treated and all waste must be picked up. Animals may not be left unattended in the house. Also the grass behind the house belongs to our neighbor. Please don`t allow your dog on it.

- Dogs are not allowed on the beds and or other furniture.
- Dogs are not to be left alone in the home, they need to accompany you when you leave or be put into kennels.
- Please remember to clean up after they have used the restroom.

- Quiet Hours from 9 PM -8 AM~ Be kind to our neighbors

- Hot tub is available for use between 8AM-9PM
You must shower before entering the hot tub. Lotions, oils and perfumes clog the filter, making the water cloudy. Which require the tub to he dumped.
There is an additional $100 if this service is required.

Check Out~

Wash towels and start them in the dryer. You can do this the night before to make things simpler.

Wash and put away all dishes used.

Place will need to place your trash in the outside receptacle.

Electric car charging is $10 Per day per car. Notify me in advance so I can reach out to the owner and let him know.
