Sea , garden and pool views. Separate dining area with sea views. A/C, hot/cold in lounge and bedroom. Security safe. Large walk-in shower. TV with international channels, English, Spanish, French,Scandinavian, German, Italian etc .-- FREE WIFI -- Books and family games. Fully equipped kitchen with large family size fridge freezer in the utility room off the terrace, washing machine.

Wonderful short break

Perfect stay for our short break and very comfortable for us both. My husband has mobility issues but he coped well and loved the shower which was easy for him to use. The gardens and pools on the seafront, all made for a pleasant experience. Would stay again.

Amazing place!!! Perfect vacation!!

Everything about this place is amazing, it’s a lot larger than the pictures show. The view is dreamy!! It has everything you need from essentials to beach towels/chairs. The pools are warm and have a lifeguard and bar! Brian is awesome! Great communication and always available to answer questions!! We loved everything about this place!!

Excelent flat great complex

We have been commingt Calahonda for years and the flat and complex is the best we have stayed in. Flat was spotless, well decorated and spacious The balcony is also nice with a view of the grounds and sea The complex is excellent with geat pool and grounds right next the beach with plenty of high qualiy sun beds and space. Bar at pool was also excellent and staff very friendly and served good qualty food at very reasonable prices Location is excellent right next to broadwalk with plenty of nearby bars and restaraunts All in all an excellent hoilday and we will likely be coming back to the complex again in September Totally recommend the complex and apartment David & Anne

Desde el primer momento Bryan nos atendió muy bien, el apartamento tenía hasta los más minimos detalles (pañuelos, infusiones, sal, azúcar, sacarina, incluso nos había dejado una botella de agua fresquita para cuando llegamos). El apartamento no puede estar ubicado en mejor sitio, desde la terraza se ve el mar en frente y de hecho por las noches se escucha las olas, ha sido perfecto. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Brilliant!!

We had a fabulous time at Brian’s lovely apartment. We encountered no problems at all and there was absolutely everything we could wish for in the apartment. Add to that the location which is perfect. I would definitely stay again. Many thanks to Brian (and Henry who met us at the apartment as Brian was out of the country when we arrived). Also we were able to have a late checkout as no one was coming in on the day we left - which was a godsend as our flight was not until the evening. Thanks for everything and I would definitely recommend!! 😍

A family week away

This was the first time I had used homeaway and I must say I wasn’t sure what to expect. I shouldn’t have worried as the whole process was so easy and hassle free. The contact with Brian was really reassuring and he was so welcoming. The apartment had everything we needed and more. We couldn’t fault the place. The grounds of the complex are immaculate and the 2 pools are fantastic. The area itself is stunning! Walking along the boardwalk finding the most beautiful restaurants to hopping on the bus and visiting Marbella. We had a fantastic time and would recommend to anyone. We will be back!!

Perfect stay

We had a wonderful week in this apartment. It was clean and contains everything you need and more. Brian met us on arrival and gave lots of good advice on restaurants and things to do. The communication in advance and during the stay worked perfectly. We give this place our warmest recommendation!

Having seen the property from the boardwalk earlier this year, we really set our hearts on staying there. From our first contact with Brian, everything went smoothly and we had a wonderful week there and he couldn't have been more helpful. The location is perfect for all amenities, beach, bars, restaurants, bus stop, supermarkets etc. and the pool area/bar is the icing on the cake. But check the months between October and April for Pool Bar winter break.The adjoining beachside restaurant is a must. The paella is amazing. The apartment was very clean and tidy and the balcony lounge was perfect for meals or just relaxing. Everything you would expect is supplied in the apartment. Highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a place that quite simply checks all the boxes. It was lovely to leave bedroom door open at night and go to sleep with the sound of the ocean. The pools are really nice and everything about the property is exceptional. I felt really safe staying here and was happy for all of the security. Brian is an excellent host and was very attentive to any needs we had. The welcome pack, delivered the morning after we arrived, was welcomed and a real plus. Thank you Brian for all of your help and suggestions. I only hope we can return and stay longer.

This is the perfect home away from home!

We left the airport in our rental car and my mobile rang, it was Brian. Telling us details how to reach the appartment. Brian is amazing. He is very helpfull , professional and pleasant. The welcome package was very much appreciated ! We enjoyed our stay in this appartement with beautifull views, excellent location, pleasant bedroom, lovely terrace and quiet environment with lots of singing birds, very much. The pool is great. Just returned from a 5 night stay at this property and I can't fault it. I stayed with my partner and our 2 children aged 8 and 10. It was very well equipped to suit all our needs. Perfect location with plenty of shops bars and restaurants within walking distance. The owner Brian was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic holiday Thanks Brian we will definitely be back.

Stunning Place

Not long back from this amazing complex. It has two fabulous pool areas with one being adjacent to the sea with beautiful garden areas . The pool bar at the complex is well priced and staff are very friendly .The property itself is very clean and well maintained . The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of towels , storage place for your clothes etc..The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable as too is the pull out bed in the living area. The balcony area as a lovely dinning table and smaller sofa were you can sit it the evening and listen to the sound of the waves. This is our first time to the area and loved it . You are well within walking distance to all the restaurants and the main supermarket is just across the road. The bus stop is just outside the property making it very easy to get about. We definitely will be returning back here next year . Once again I would like to thank the owner Brian who was extremely helpful from start to finish and made our stay a very pleasant one.

Great location

Ideal location minutes from the beach and new coastal walkway. 3rd floor accomdation in a very well kept and secure apartment block. The large balcony faces the sea, and is lovely to sit and listen to the waves in the evening with a glass of wine. The owner supplied a starter pack, which was very welcome as we arrived at 9.30 pm. There is a beachside restaurant minutes from the apartment. The apartment is a real Home from Home with everything you would require, and since we travelled with hand luggage the washing machine was a welcome addition. There are several good restaurants with a 4 minute walk in the "Dona Lola" area. A bus stop right outside is really handy to explore the area, will definitly return.

I stayed at this apartment along with my wife during my Easter Holidays. Brian was an incredible host always concerned to ease our stay and be reachable for any need. Apartment was all that was promised, yet we had the bad luck weather was not the best during our stay, but the sea and swimming pool area were really nice.

nous avons passe d'agréables vacances au mi capricho,le complexe est surveille ,bien entretenu,il y ben a pour tous les gouts du plus petit au plus grand,magnifiques piscines dont une avec un bar prix tres correct,et une vue sur la mer en plus,bryan est tres sympa toujours a l'ecoute et donne de bons conseils,a recommander,l'appart contient tout ce qu'il faut convient plutôt pour quatre personnes

Brian met us on our arrival & was extremely helpful & friendly. The substantial welcome pack was an ideal start. The apartment was clean & very spacious for a 1-bed - we are a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys & had no problems with space. This was our second stay at Mi Capricho & the complex is secure & well maintained - ideal for families. A supermarket & several bars & restaurants are within easy walking distance. Many thanks Brian for the use of your apartment & the assistance you gave during our stay - great value for money.

Clean and well-equipped, helpful owner

We picked this apartment based largely on past reviews, for a short break away. Brian the owner was very helpful both before and during our stay, meeting us at the apartment on the first day and getting us to the airport when we left. The apartment was well supplied with everything we needed - having beach towels for our use let us keep our luggage to a minimum. The complex was great, very clean and well-maintained with 2 good pools. This would suit families with young children very well. We ate several times at the glass-fronted restaurant next door (El Capricho), grilled sardines for lunch were excellent. There are also several restaurants across the main road (there is a pedestrian bridge) in a 'food complex' with a couple of large bars as well. There was a decent mid-sized supermarket nearby. Day trips were very easy to arrange at a local travel agent and we were picked up very close to the complex. Would recommend.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful

This apartment was perfect for our weeks stay in the South of Spain. It's in a lovely resort setting with pools and the Mediterranean sea right outside your back door. It's gated and safe and convenient to everywhere you want to go while you're on the southern coast of Spain. Brian is a wonderful host and gave us all the travel tips we needed to fully enjoy all the beautiful and interesting "must see" spots along the coast and tucked away in the mountains. Perfect!! There's also a gorgeous restaurant next door that is entirely glass with the most breathtaking view of the Mediterranean where we sat, ate delicious paella, had drinks, and played dominos with the locals.
