Your Port Charlotte adventure begins at this enchanting 3-bedroom house. Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, this terrific property offers a cozy retreat for guests. With 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, it comfortably accommodates your entire group. Immerse yourself in the inviting ambiance as you unwind in the bathtub or take a refreshing shower in one of the 2 bathrooms. The house is equipped with modern amenities like iron, AC, hair dryer, washing machine, WiFi, and heating. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Port Charlotte. Pool can be heated at an additional expense. Located in a very quiet neighborhood with great amenities just 10 minutes from the home. Bring your boat and fish Charlotte Harbor or take a 45 minute ride down the harbor to beautiful Boca Grande or Cayo Costa. There is one bridge going out of the canal. We have a center console and it gets under the bridge just fine no matter the tides. January - March 31st is monthly rental only*****The rest of the year is Sunday to Sunday, but can be changed on a case by case basis if you just inquire. Thanks!!

Beautiful home and beautiful view. Don fished every day from the dock. He caught a few and let them go His purpurse was to relax. That he did. A disposal snaffu, but quickly taken care of. Plenty of room to join with family or relax alone The pool is large and lovely!. Audrey
