Immaculate Cottage, Huge Deck And Great Back Yard For All Your Yard Games.

WINTER MINIMUM STAY IS 9 MONTHS. SUMMER WEEKLY SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. This cottage has two bedrooms. One with a queen bed, with storage above the bed and drawers built in under the bed, with 2 closets and a bureau. The other bedroom has a set of bunk beds, ideal for the kids. With a closet and built in toy chest. Bathroom is a full bath and shower combination. Vanity and medicine cabinet to hold all your toiletries. Living room has a couch and 2 butterfly chairs. Kitchen has a butcher block table and 4 chairs. Kitchen is fully furnished with a microwave, coffee pot, blender , electric glass top stove, refrigerator, tea kettle, dinner plates, silverware, glasses all sizes , pots and pans, everything you could possible need for your use during your vacation time. The cottage has internet and cable. On the huge deck you have your own gas grill and patio furniture. We just put in an open outside shower so you can rinse off all the salt and sand from the beach and be refreshed to sit out on the deck and relax with a cocktail. You have off street parking for 2 cars.

We had an absolute fabulous time at this perfect cozy beach cottage, exceptionally clean, well maintained & had everything we needed. Our hosts Beth & Dave were so friendly & welcoming & very easy to contact. The cottage is very close to Second Beach which we love. You can even walk to it!It is very near restaurants, stores, & lots to do in the immediate area.We will definitely come back here next year!!!

A relaxing vacation

The location is unbeatable! Just a short walk to a gorgeous beach and some great restaurants. Beth and Dave were wonderful hosts and we had no trouble checking in or checking out. Our cottage was perfect and had everything we needed. We loved our stay and hope to visit again!

Surfers Paradise

Our stay was quiet and satisfying. Close to everything we wanted to do. our hosts Beth and David were cordial and welcoming. Great place to be near but not overwhelmed by all the commotion.

Cozy beach cottage in a great location

We had a great stay! Loved being able to walk to the beach and so close to everything that Newport & Middletown. The cottage is super clean and enjoyed the firm bed. The hosts are so friendly and helpful. We went to a local beach each day, had great food mainly in Newport and so much to do that kept the family entertained nearby! Great spot

Amazing Getaway!

My mom, sister and I stayed at the cottage for a short weekend and the stay was perfect!! The house was immaculate and Beth was an incredible host! She was there to greet us and help us with anything we needed. What a perfect location for the beach and a short ride to downtown! Would 1000% recommend and stay again!!!!

Great cottage, super location!

Our stay in Newport was wonderful. The cottage was perfect for our family of 4, very clean and had everything we needed. Great deck and our son enjoyed playing in the yard. Location is a short walk to 1st beach and the Cliff Walk and a short bike ride or car ride to 2nd beach and downtown. Thank you Beth and Dave for helping to make our vacation memorable, we look forward to another trip to Newport!

The cottage is Surfer's Paradise. Whether you surf or just enjoy walking the beach or swimming in our beautiful ocean this is the place to be. Location, location, location!! The cottage is located in a quiet cozy neighborhood. Yet you can walk to the beach and 4 area restaurants that serve from breakfast right through evening dinner. When you want more hustle and bustle you can be down town Newport in 5 minutes by car. When done shopping, or going on a boat excursion, or dining downtown, you head home to your beautiful cottage by the sea and relax on the huge deck with a beautiful back yard for your enjoyment. You will fall in love with this area over and over again.

An amazing cottage perfect for a family of 3-4. Immaculate both in and out! Beth and Dave take care of everything to make your stay enjoyable and stress free. Stayed here with my two young children , Highly recommend

The property was perfect for us Just the right size , the kids loved the bunk beds and the yard with games like corn hole was a great way to wind down in the evenings after the beach Super convenient location, close to some of our favorite places to grab a bite like the Atlantic Grill, Tickets, and Aquidneck Pizza. Floa Clamshack is right there too. All very kid friendly and walkable. We loved taking walks at night along the water which was just down the street While we can walk to Eastons we also loved Second Beach ( great easy snack bar) and Surfers End , which has free parking after 4pm Very well kept property with very kind and attentive owners We will surely book again when we come back next year or even in the Winter

Lovely vacation home

Our second visit and we loved it again! Beth and Dave are welcoming and helpful, but not intrusive. Dave replaced a lightbulb right after we asked. The cottage is sweet and well equipped, even now with a great washer and dryer. The deck is relaxing. The lovely Easton’s beach is a reasonable walk away even for someone with difficulty walking. You should make this your vacation home, but just not when we want to go!

Great Stay in Newport

My family and I loved had a great time in Newport at the cottage. The first thing is the location is spectacular, with just a short walk to Easton's beach. It's also a convenient, short drive to downtown Newport and other tourist areas. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, which are easy to walk to. The cottage itself was cozy and comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds. The washer/dryer was very convenient. Beth and Dave put out some lawn games for the kids to play everyday in the green space in the backyard. They are always available to assist with any requests or questions. In short, we would definitely stay hear again! Thanks again, Beth and Dave!

A Lovely Week

We were fortunate enough to find Beth and Dave’s property on VRBO just as RI was reopening after COVID. What a wonderful week! This 2BR/1BA property is fully furnished with all the things you need - A/C, a fully-outfitted kitchen, a lovely big bed in BR1 and bunks in BR2, and a bathroom with a tub/shower. They also had a gas grill, a big side yard, an outside shower, and fun outside games like cornhole. Beth and Dave are lovely, attentive hosts. The beach is a 5 minute walk, and has soft, clean sand and not too many people. There is a Shaw’s and a 24-hour CVS about a 10 minute drive away (along with various restaurants and shops even closer). We will definitely look forward to visiting again!

The owners are very nice and were attentive to all our needs. The unit was spotless and had all the amenities you would need, to prepare a meal for example. The gas grill was newer and clean. The property is well maintained and very convenient.

Surfer’s Paradise!

We had a wonderful vacation and very much enjoyed our stay! Dave and Beth (and Surf) were incredible hosts, super responsive when we had questions, and very welcoming! Great vacation spot and house

We totally enjoyed our vacation! This cottage is in a perfect location - just a short walk to the beach without needing to get in the car. And just a short walk to some neat restaurants. And the icing on the cake is the short drive (or walk for the ambitious!) to downtown Newport! The cottage met all our needs and the hospitality provided by Beth and Dave was really terrific. In short, we couldn't have asked for a better vacation!

Best location and hosts ever!

Beth and Dave are the most welcoming and generous hosts I've experienced. This cottage is INCREDIBLY located close to everything -- walking distance to amazing beaches and the Cliff Walk and a very short drive to Newport shopping and tons of area things to do. The cottage is so clean, bright and comfy - it has everything you need - we even grilled out one evening on the beautiful deck w its big backyard view. Seriously cannot say enough how perfect this cottage fit our needs. It was my husband, me and our good friend for the week and we can't wait to return! Beth and Dave made lovely suggestions on food, beaches, kayaking and offered anything we wanted. what a great decision and an awesome week!

Perfect Summer Vacation

The property was super clean, great location and has everything you need for a perfect vacation stay. Close to all that Newport and Middletown have to offer. You can walk to multiple restaurants/bars from the property and Less than a 4 minute walk to Easton’s beach. The hosts Dave and Beth are the coolest, sweetest couple on the island and are always available whenever you need them. I would highly recommend a stay at Surfers Paradise

Love Surfer's Paridise

This was our fourth time staying here with our son. Great location with quick access to all the Newport area has to offer. Beth and Dave are top notch hosts who truly care that your stay is pleasant. We rented at the same time as our friends who were in the other cottage and we had a blast!

My family of 4 just returned from Newport, RI and our stay at the Surfer's Paradise. We were very pleased with the house and specifically its location. We were able to walk to Easton Beach and ride our bikes to 2nd beach and 3rd beach easily. We even rode the bikes into downtown Newport, although that was a bit further. The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. The place was nicely appointed, clean and had a great deck. We recommend checking out this place and renting from these great people!!

My husband and I are avid beach goers. We love the ocean and all it's beauty. It is different every time you walk it, surf it, or paddle board it. We grew up about 55 miles from the ocean. However we were constantly driving to Newport and Middletown every weekend in the summer to enjoy the beauty of the area and the beaches. We have enjoyed so many great families, Captains and their crews, students, and yearly renters in our cottages. On our property are 3 cottages and a main house. We rent one cottage as a yearly lease. The other two we winter lease and then change over to weekly rentals for the summer. We take get pride in keeping the cottages clean and comfortable for our renters. We know how important your vacation time is and work our hardest to make sure it a great vacation for you and your family.

When we bought this property it was terribly run down. The men who owned it for a couple years before we purchased it did not keep the property up. My husband found this property and just feel in love with it. It was a diamond in the rough and we spent the first couple of years working very hard to bring this property up for us and our renters. The location of this property is so beautiful and everyplace that you want to go to is so accessible. It has been a lot of hard work, but we love the property and we love the area. We continue to work on the property and we are there to take care of our renters.

What makes this property unique

We had been looking for about 2 years to find a home in this area. It is a very nice neighborhood and a quite area. Yet it is in the best location . We can go to the beach in less than 5 minutes. We can be down town Newport in less than 5 minutes. The famous Cliff Walk is about a 5 minute walk from the cottage. Make sure to bring your camera. The views are incredible!
You also have Bellevue Avenue where all the mansions are. They have tours daily. You must take a tour and get to see how these people lived and remember these were just their summer cottages. Unbelievable ! This is such an incredible place to call home. You must come visit and enjoy all there is to offer. We have repeat renters who have been returning every 4-5 years. When they leave at the end of their vacation they book right then for the next summer.
