This bright corner unit enjoys morning sun on the side of the home and afternoon sun in front, with green space right outside the condo. Inside, the two-bedroom, two-bath luxury condominium features central air-conditioning, a water softener (great for skin against local hard water), a gas cooktop, a fully equipped kitchen, a Wolf gas grill, a vented gas fireplace, and an open floor plan with a dining area that seats six.
Comfort is a priority. The primary bedroom has a King bed and the second bedroom has a Queen bed, both with comfortable, supportive mattresses (not too soft, not too firm), soft 800-thread-count sheets, and Hotel Collection pillows. Each bedroom offers a choice of medium and soft pillows, plus soft bath towels, two plush robes, and a hairdryer.
For longer stays or extra convenience, the laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer, iron, and small ironing board. The outdoor space includes a bistro table with two chairs, two Adirondack chairs for lounging, and a gas grill with a roasting element—perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Inside, you’ll find candles, cozy throws, books, and boardgames to create a relaxing, fun atmosphere.
This home is a great fit for one couple with occasional guests, two couples or friends, or a small family. It also works very well for seniors in the summer thanks to the no-step entry, excellent walkability, reasonable pricing, and air-conditioning. Please note the home is not fully baby-proofed, but we do provide a few basics.
Skiers and riders will especially appreciate the attached private garage. It offers easy unloading, hanging space to dry ski clothes, a bench to gear up, ski hangers, and rubber pad the floor to keep feet warm while getting ready. The grounds are carefully maintained in the winter to allow quick access to the slopes after fresh snow.
You’ll also have access to ski boot warmers (up to four pairs of boots, mittens, or gloves), so you can start your day with warm, dry gear. For summer and shoulder seasons, we provide two mountain bikes and helmets. If you prefer e-bikes, Summit Bike Share is only a few steps away.
For secure access, the private garage is equipped with a keypad and you’ll receive your own personal entry code before arrival.
The kitchen is beautifully outfitted for guests who enjoy cooking, with quality cookware, a French press, a regular coffee maker, good knives, and an array of tools including cheese fondue pots, a raclette oven, and a slow cooker. We stock useful basics—oil, balsamic vinegar, herbs and spices, condiments, and almost all the baking essentials—so you can prepare homemade meals without buying full-size ingredients for a short stay. There is also a complimentary pantry where guests can leave extra non-perishable items for future visitors.
Nearby grocery options include Whole Foods, Smith’s, and Super Walmart. For guests who prefer to walk, we provide reusable bags and a rolling tote for shopping.
If you don’t have a car or prefer not to drive, walk to one of the Free transit stop in Redstone, or take FREE micro transit to the Canyons Village Transit Hub and a FREE shuttle to Park City/Canyons, Deer Valley, and downtown Park City.

We strive to create an inviting yet elegant space—spotlessly clean and fully equipped—and anticipating every detail to ensure our guests feel completely at home.
Very comfortable unit that is outfitted with everything one could ever need. The owner is helpful and responsive. The location is fantastic-- walking distance to the market and good restaurants and a short drive to the Canyons for skiing. The neighbors in the upstairs unit were noisy, quite early in a couple of instances. This is obviously outside the owners' control and they may have been renters as well.

We love our returning guests! We are continually trying to improve our home each year so they feel even more at home away from their home.
Glad you enjoyed James, the garage has a great set up as mentioned with the booth warmers, bench, hooks everywhere, rubber mats to changing into sports clothing comfortably, and storage for the bikes and skis.

Beverly,
So happy to hear you had a good time. We pride ourselves to provide the cleanest home possible to all our guests, it cost us a little bit than we charge, but we think it is worth it. Those boot warmers really are amazing!
As advertised, this location was a great getaway from the craziness downtown at the University of Utah's graduation. Access to everything and anything is within walking distance, and there wasn't a thing required that wasn't on site. Thank you for a great stay.

About the host
Hosted by Joanne Gauthier
We moved to the United States from the Montréal area about 30 years ago and stopped looking for a ski destination once we discovered Park City and fell in love with it. We truly believe it’s a little piece of paradise and we’re delighted to share it with our guests.
We travel often and tend to choose boutique hotels, so we know how much the small details matter. Our goal is to bring that same thoughtful, boutique-style experience to our condo. We want you to feel as though you’re staying at a friend’s home—welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of—and we’ve equipped the space with that in mind.
Why they chose this property
Location was everything for us. Our condo is in the Fox Point subdivision, right beside Redstone Marketplace, just a short walk to excellent restaurants, cafés, and terraces (such as Blue Sushi, Maxwell’s, Red Rock Junction, and Ghidotti’s), Starbucks, an 8‑screen cinema, shops, a patisserie, an ice cream parlor, walking trails, and the Swaner Preserve and EcoCenter.
You’ll also find great grocery options nearby, including Whole Foods, Smith’s, and Super Walmart.
Wellness is close at hand too, with red light sauna and float therapy a short walk away, plus red light therapy bed, PEMF, and cryotherapy at Upgrade Labs.
Walkability was a major priority for us, along with easy access to the airport (about 30 miles away) and the ski slopes (around 10 minutes), and this neighborhood offers all of that in one convenient, vibrant area.
What makes this property unique
We’ve put a lot of thought into every detail of our condo and regularly ask guests for feedback so we can keep improving. Our aim is to consistently exceed expectations. Some features our guests especially appreciate are: -Luxurious, comfortable interiors in a beautifully designed setting -A super well-equipped kitchen with quality basics and extras (unusual for many rentals) -Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafés, and a nearby ski rental shop -Access to the free shuttle bus route for getting around without a car -Peaceful setting with beautiful views and no highway or road noise -Very comfortable beds and spacious interiors for a two-bedroom condo -A well-equipped private garage for easy unloading, gear organization, and wonderful boot warmers!!! -Two mountain bikes and helmets available for guest use -A water softener, which is especially nice with the local hard water -Walking trails just a few hundred feet from the front door -High-speed internet and a printer, convenient for guests working remotely
We hope you’ll feel the care and attention that went into creating this space and enjoy it as much as we do.
