Enjoy the relaxing Heated Pool, Grill & Screened enclosed Outdoor Seating-Eating area in a private fully fenced backyard.

Please keep in mind that this is a residential neighborhood so please respect the neighbors, most live here full time.

We have CHILD DOOR ALARMS for all doors leading out to the pool. They are remote controlled and can be turned on and off at your preference.

Please be aware that we have Outdoor Ring cameras facing all possible entrances. One is located facing the driveway and East gate, another is located by the Front Door, and the third covers are West side gate entrance.

Also note that we have regular Maintenance for the Pool and Lawn as long as weather permits.

NUMBER OF GUESTS:
We are happy to accommodate up to 8 guests (including children). Ignoring this rule will cause you to forfeit your reservation and refund.

SMOKING:
For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not allowed in the home and pool area. Please be mindful of other guests and surroundings and do not toss cigarette buds or ashes in the lawn, garden, or in surrounding areas.

Smoking is allowed outside with the doors closed, only.

PETS are not allowed (Allergies).

PARTIES OF ANY KIND, LOUD MUSIC, OR NOISY GET-TOGETHERS ARE NOT ALLOWED! Ignoring this rule will cause you to forfeit your reservation and refund. Quiet time is 10:00pm to 9:00am on weekdays and 11:00pm to 9:00am on weekends. Absolutely no firecrackers or fireworks of any kind should be set off from inside or outside of the home as it creates a fire hazard with our landscaping and furniture.

Maximum 4 cars allowed in paver driveway without blocking the sidewalk at any time.

CHECK-IN is at 4:00pm. If you require an early check-in, please make a request. Please be aware that a fee may apply.

CHECK-OUT time is 11:00am. If you require a late check-out, please make a request. Please be aware that a fee may apply.

You’ll find a pack-n-play crib along with with a high chair for your little one, in the master bedroom closet.

PROVIDED: Upon Arrival you should make an inventory of what you will need for the duration of your stay. We do not provide propane for the grill. You’re welcome to any left behind by previous guests. Propane tank can be exchanged at any gas station for about $25.
