You can enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic from the corner-unit balcony, easy access to the association's private pool, and through the dunes to a quiet stretch of beach. Just a few blocks from historic Old Orchard Beach's Vacationland amenities of shops and restaurants, and just a short drive to downtown Portland. Inside the condo, you will find a primary suite, a guest bedroom, and guest bath, full-size laundry, and a well appointed kitchen open to the dining and living area. The condo is fully stocked with kitchen wares and linens. There is elevator access to the first floor lobby, gym, spa, and pool, and parking lot with 2 assigned spaces. This is a 30 Day minimum rental per the condo regulations and we can offer multi-month stays or flexible terms to meet your needs.
