This manicured condo sits right on the dunes at the end of a quiet street yet is situated within walking distance to restaurants, bars and the train to Boston. Enjoy all that historic Old Orchard Beach offers with an amusement park, pier and fresh seafood restaurants within blocks.

Each room in the condo has full ocean views and access to the balcony. The primary suite has a full bed with private bath. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is an association pool, sauna, gym, elevator, and off-street parking. There is central AC and all utilities are included for the summer months.

The condo offers a fully stocked kitchen, linens for two bedrooms with full beds, laundry in the unit and a private balcony. To its guests the association offers a gym, sauna, secured lobby, pool and beach showers. Additional amenities like surf boards, kayaks, and bikes are available through our affiliates.

There are no pets allowed in the condo building.

Flexible terms of 30 days or more are available October 2023 through May 2024 for $2400/mo as well. Please inquire to see if we can accommodate your needs!
