Located in Abilene, this lovely house has plenty of space for large groups. With 4 bedrooms, plus a sunroom, including 2 queen beds, 2 king beds, 1 full bed, 4 twin beds, plus both twin & full size floor mattresses, there's plenty of space for all guests. Note there is a $10 per day/per person fee after the first 9 guests. Pet fee $75 per pet. 2 max. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with amenities like a bathtub, plenty of towels, hair dryer, and shower. You'll find everything you need here, from fully stocked kitchen, washing/drying machine to WiFi. The property offers central heat/air conditioning and our 4th bedroom has its own AC window unit. We’re happy to assist you with any questions you may have.

We loved this Lake House. The location on the lake is so peaceful. The walk from the back door to the dock is quick and easy. The house is just the right size for a family.. he host were extremely accommodating.

We were there for my daughter‘s baby shower… and it was perfect to accommodate all of us, especially with the three bathrooms plenty of sleeping space central to everything!!! definitely would stay again

Overall, nice place…..accomodated 9 adults with 4 full bedrooms and a bonus room…..All beds were comfortable……All amenities were provided and the home was very clean…..Relatively quiet neighborhood….Thanks for the hospitality and if I’m ever back in Abilene I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived 30 minutes early and were thankful our host responded quickly to our inquiry about entering the house then. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Even though we had air conditioning, it was nice having fans in each of the bedrooms for white noise and to put out more cool air as it was 100 degrees outside the weekend we were in Abilene. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We had three different family groups, so the number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked well for us. We enjoyed the space for the two eating areas and being able to all fit around the tables with some extra chairs. The two sitting areas were nice too for sitting and chatting with each other. Staying at this place helped make our weekend enjoyable.

Family Thanksgiving

My husband and I accompanied our aging moms to Abilene to celebrate a family Thanksgiving. A wonderful time was had by all!! Even our 12 year old dogter. The yard was big and the property was even better than described. Plenty of room for everyone and VERY well-stocked. We did experience a little road noise , the provided fans helped drown it out quite well. Would definitely stay here again should the need arise! Thanks for a beautiful setting for our family celebration.

Lots of space, a bit surprising

We were in town for a wedding. The house was adequate for hosting 4 different family units. The house is situated by a fairly busy road but is fenced in. The yard and house was in need of some TLC, which I spoke with the property manager about. The big surprise is that in the master bathroom you are requested to not flush any paper products, including toilet paper.
