This Lakeview Deluxe Condo sleeps 8 people and with 2,001 sq.ft, 3 bedroom & 2 full bathrooms that are professionally and tastefully decorated.

Bedrooms:
Beautifully and newly furnished, this open floor plan home is tastefully designed with a Master Bedroom hosting a king-sized bed with all new bedding and bathroom en suite.
The second master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the third bedroom has 2 new full sized beds.

All bedrooms have new flat panel HDTVs. This Condo sleeps a total of 8 guests in beds, offers a Covered Lanai facing the lake to enjoy a great view and watch the fireworks from Sea World.

Living, Dining:
The Huge and Relaxing living area is all new as well. It boasts a 2 piece modern sectional sofa, a 50 inch flat panel HDTV.
Free wireless internet in all rooms.
There is a beautiful and tastefully appointed Dining Room table and chairs to seat 8 plus 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar.

Kitchen:
Don't feel like going out? No problem. Entertaining and cooking is a pleasure in this fully and newly furnished modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. With the open kitchen, the cook never misses out on any of the conversations and is able to share private time together with Friends and Family.

Other Condo amenities include:
washer, dryer, towels, linens, coffee maker, fully stocked kitchen and all gourmet utensils to prepare a great meal, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and much more.

The community is located on Beautiful Lake Cay, next to the Convention Center and only a short distance from Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, SeaWorld Adventure Park and the newest park, Aquatica. Vista Cay at is located just off Universal Boulevard and is at the center of some of Orlando’s greatest experiences.

Vista Cay is ideal for the family wanting to be close to all the Excitement of International Drive and the Attractions, couples getting away for a while or for the Business Traveler in town for a meeting or attending the Orlando Convention Center.

Alta Vista review

Not the cleanest. Items from previous renters left behind. Stains on sheets....eww gross. Several items not available. Dishwasher not working properly. Refrigerator made horrible noise. Holes in one of the bedroom walls. Maintenance person arrived unannounced by owner (not at our request) before we were checked out of the unit.

Beautiful and amazingly stunning.

Calm, respectable, beautiful ,clean, very welcoming with all the amenities. Our stay at this condo was beyond our expectations. The unit was extremely clean and very welcoming. The instructions on how to get to the condo and how to access the condo and amenities were clear and concise. We arrived late at night. The view of the ocean and the condo surroundings were spectacular. Even other guests staying were very friendly and respectable. The condo's location was superb. Thank you for a wonderful stay and keep up the great work.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found the condo to be as it was described in the booking with lots of room in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Loved the dinning room with seating for ourselves and guests. Found the condo to be clean and well maintained as everything worked. Maybe could have used more kitchen linens as we ate several meals in and needed more towels for clean up. We will definitely be back as the scenery from our deck was beautiful, walking path, pool kept us well exercised
