A working refrigerator of some kind would be a big plus. Wonderful place and we plan to visit again.

The perfect combination of rustic charm and modern comfort. We had a great stay in this rustic retreat a stones throw from the river.Our host was there to answer any questions along the way.

Cute, Cozy and Comfortable

This darling, historic cabin is thoughtfully furnished with everything needed for a memorable stay. It’s definitely not cookie-cutter! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, the deck relaxing, Blackstone Griddle a dream, and - after a long day of hiking - the water pressure in the shower was terrific. Close to local hiking trails, a coffee, stand, restaurant, and grocery store. Around 30 minutes from Yellowstone National Park and less than 2 hours from Grand Teton NP. There are plenty of wonderful places to visit. We explored Johnny Sacks historic cabin and watched a moose munching in the springs just down the road. And a night at Island Park’s Yellowstone Playhouse is a must.
The living room is comfy and good for visiting, watching tv or even getting some work done at the dining table and desk.
The Coffee Pot Falls Trail is quite close.
Johnny Sack’s cabin is nearby and an excellent example of craftsmanship.
The Grand Tetons are close enough for a day trip.
