Welcome to our Trio Luxe Mountainside Oasis of three luxurious cabins nestled within a two-minute walking distance of each other, making them the ideal vacation rental for large families and gathering of friends. These cabins are the closest vacation homes to the Thornton Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park! Each cottage is meticulously designed to offer modern comfort and upscale amenities, ensuring an unforgettable vacation experience for families and large groups alike.

★ Blue Cabin (860 sq ft)

Step into the first cabin “Blue”, where contemporary elegance meets cozy charm. The spacious living area invites relaxation with an electric fireplace to keep you cozy, plush furnishings and stylish decor creating the perfect setting for quality time with loved ones. Enjoy games and movies in the Spidey Rec Room, with a plethora of games, books, toys and even superhero costumes for children to become their inner superhero. Two bathrooms, one with a standup shower and one with a tub.

Three Bedrooms

Primary BR: Offers a luxe king bed, nightstands w/ lamps, full-size closet.
2nd BR: Features bunk beds w/ 2 Twin beds, underneath a reading nook area for kids to enjoy a book. A desk for them to complete any schoolwork to enjoy their vacation.
3rd BR: Features 1 Queen bed, nightstands w/ lamps.


★ Green Cabin (630 sq ft)

Next door, the second “Green” cabin awaits, boasting similar luxurious amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with a soak in the private hot tub, or gather around the fireplace in the family room for cozy evenings together. The fenced backyard provides a safe space for dogs to play freely while you create lasting memories with family and friends.

Two Bedrooms: Both bedrooms offer a luxe king bed, nightstands w/ lamps, full-size closet.

★ A-Frame Cabin (500 sq ft)

Across the way, the third “A-Frame” cabin completes the trio with its modern comforts and spacious layout. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals to enjoy in the dining area or alfresco on the patio. End the day with a soak in the hot tub under the stars, surrounded by the serene beauty of the countryside. Enjoy a separate recreation game room, watch a movie, practice some yoga or challenge someone to a game of darts.

Two Bedrooms: One bedroom with a luxe king bed, nightstands w/ lamps, full-size closet and a desk workspace are. The second bedroom is an open loft with a queen-size bed only, no closet, low ceiling height and is accessed by a narrow spiral staircase which may be difficult for some guests to manage. Please reference the photos that showcase this space.

These homes are my pride and joy. Please handle everything with love & care.

✔ Maximum occupancy is 14 at a time.
✔ Please be mindful of noise levels.
✔ Check-in: After 4:00 PM
✔ Checkout: 10:00 AM
✔ UP TO 5 DOGS ARE ALLOWED with prior approval. Pet fee is $40 per pup for the length of your stay. Doggie towels provided for wet and muddy paws.

Please do not engage in the following:

★ NO SMOKING OR FIRE OF ANY SORT INSIDE★
If you smoke outside, please dispose of your butts in the trash bin.

★ NO PARTIES ★
No more than 14 adults max are allowed. No loud music and gatherings of more than the guests authorized under the reservation.

★ DOORS & WINDOWS ★
Please make sure windows and doors are locked when leaving, simply press the lock button upon exit. Keep doors and windows closed due while the central A/C is in use.
To enjoy the outdoor breeze, make yourself comfortable on the porch, the decks or the firepit area.

★ SHOES ★
Keep shoes to a minimum indoors. After hiking, swimming etc., shoes are often wet and muddy.

★ FOOD ★
Basic condiments provided. Help yourself to the spices, oil etc.
If you found you used large amounts of these items, please pay it forward for the next guest to enjoy and replace them.

★ NO FOOD CONSUMPTION IN BEDROOMS ★
Critters, mice and insects are a part of a mountain home and I want to have a comfortable clean home for everyone to enjoy, please keep food consumption to designated areas.

★ BOOKS AND MAGAZINES/COLORING BOOKS/BOARD & CARD GAMES ★
Please enjoy them but leave them for the next guest to enjoy.

★ NO DAILY MAID SERVICE ★
Linens and bath towels (plus extras) are included, daily maid service is not included.
On-site laundry is available for use at some properties. Nearby laundry facilities are available. if you require additional linens, please let me know and I can arrange a drop off.

★ STEALING ★
My trusted friend and cleaner takes inventory of everything in each home after each check out. If you are caught stealing a claim will be filed.

★ FALSIFIED INFORMATION & RESERVATIONS ★
Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
This includes false or misleading statements about the age and/or number of guests who will be staying at the property.
