Welcome to "A Whaley Good Time" a beautiful 2-story, 1700sq ft. townhome that has a ton of amenities and beautiful furnishings to make you feel right at home. This is a new home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There are 2 master suites and one bunk room. There is also a sleeper sofa with a queen size bed. Located in the Prominence neighborhood right across the street from The Big Chill on 30a. With plenty of shops, restaurants and fun for the entire family.
