Merry Way on 30A is a luxurious 3 bed / 2.5 bath townhome perfect for families. Comfortably sleeps 4 adults, 4 children.

You'll love how close you are to dining, entertainment and the beaches - with a quiet retreat back to Merry Way. You'll enjoy the Prominence community amenities including 5,000 sq/ft HEATED pool surrounded by a massive pool deck and plenty of chaises and shade.

The open floor plan and fully equipped kitchen provides plenty of room to gather and entertain.

Merry Way is a 2-story floor plan with living and dining downstairs and 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. The 3rd bedroom has a full bed over full bed bunk and a trundle, sleeping 4+. Beautifully furnished with a deck overlooking green space out back. We provide beach chairs, bikes, and a 6-person golf cart (50-mile range). Free wifi and internet-enabled TVs throughout the home.

You are a 30-second walk to the pool (heated in spring and fall) a two-minute walk to The Hub, and just minutes from multiple public beach accesses via the included golf cart (~20 mi range). Parking for 2 vehicles.

A great stay at the beach

We had a lovely stay at this beach house. The communication with the host was excellent leading up to our stay as well as during our stay. The house was clean and well appointed. It was really nice having a golf cart included to get to and from the beach, and we enjoyed the community pool. Overall we had a great time and hope to return. Thank you!

Wonderful

This is the second time renting this property and it was a great vacation! They now have bikes and a new golf cart. Well stocked kitchen. Property manager was super easy to get in touch with and very helpful!
