The stairway from the entry & garage leads to the open & spacious living, dining & kitchen areas.
Dining area includes large table with seating for 6 with additional seating at the kitchen bar.
Living area features large sofa, 60" flat screen TV with DirecTV service.
Full gourmet kitchen features quartz counters, side-by-side fridge/freezer, gas range, wall oven, microwave & all the essentials (blender, toaster, kettle, dishes, flatware, pots/pans & cooking utensils).
Master bedroom features king size bed (high quality & super comfortable Sealy memory foam mattress), sitting area & 55" flat screen Smart TV for streaming. Spacious master bathroom has double vanity with quartz counters, gigantic step-in shower & large walk-in closet.

* Trash pickup is Tuesday and Friday. Please pull trashcan to end of driveway for pick up during those days.

Notice: Golf Carts - The Prominence community has recently decided that guests must use 30A Gulf Cart if they would like to reserve a golf cart. Please contact 30A Gulf Cart directly and inform them that you are staying in the prominence community. Also please note parking is limited so please plan accordingly as there is no street parking allowed.

Accommodations are the entire unit in the Prominence on 30-A community. We are a "C Unit" which is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit located on the second floor (no neighbors up or down).
The community has a shared 5,000 SF resort style swimming pool with grills & outdoor dining areas. Also on-site is a shared exercise room.
Other things to note
** NOTE ** Extra precautions should be taken as in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are leaving ample cleaning supplies, disinfectant, soap, & other items. We take pride in the cleanliness of our property. Between guest stays, we ensure that all high-touch areas are thoroughly disinfected & all linens (sheets, towels, etc.) are laundered. We are following all recommendations issued by the State of Florida for short term rentals.
