House built in closed condominium with only two houses and two upper apts. House with 251 m2 of total private area, composed of large living room, kitchen, laundry, balcony, four bedrooms all with air, two bathrooms, two suites, private and covered parking and ample parking for more cars, outdoor recreation area - pool with hydro, waterfall, and 13 combinations of lights, barbecue, outdoor shower, doll's house, electric fence, intercom, protection camera. On the famous beach of Taperapuan (700 meters from the beach) north edge, near the supermarket, bakeries, pharmacies, shops, hotels and resorts, tents and restaurants on the beach. Complete with all furnishings and appliances, it does not provide bed linen and bath. Among the most famous Axé Mói beach stalls, Gaúcho and the Axé Mói arena.

Uma ótima casa para passar as férias com a família. Casa espaçosa , estava bem limpinha. Não tive problemas com distância pois estávamos de carro. E tudo bem próximo também. Os móveis rústicos conforme nas fotos. Estava com um grupo de 12 pessoas, esposo , filha, irmãs, irmão é cadeirante e não tive problemas, cunhado, meus pais todos idosos 70 anos. Fácil acesso. A Bianca super prestativa me explicou tudo, deu dicas. Amei. Recomendo.

Gostamos da casa, localização boa, Perto de farmácia, supermercados e distribuidora de bebidas. Se quiser ir a pé até a praia é uns 800 m. Os donos da casa muito educados. Avaliação geral muito boa.

Nao tao proxima da praia ! Os moveis da casa ja velhos e sem contar que todos os quartos nao possuem armario para guardar as roupas e objetos ! Foram os unicos itens que deixaram a desejar! area de lazer piscina e churrasqueira otima !

A casa fica a 600 - 700 metros da praia de taperapuan, à frente ficam os hotéis, logo na entrada do Village I, próximo ao SENAC e Arena Axé Mói a 1500 metros da Barraca Axé Mói e Barraca do Gaúcho. Os moveis são de madeira de lei tradicionais e embutidos as portas e janelas todas com vidros e madeira de lei desde que alugo ninguém havia solicitado armários, visto que por ser uma casa de temporada é melhor que seja arara com alguns nichos... Que posso providenciar se solicitado. No contrato e lista de utensílios consta tudo o que tem na casa, as fotos são reais os móveis acompanham o estilo da casa.
