This exquisite seventh floor one-bedroom condo is ultra-clean and meticulously appointed with your comfort in mind! The incredible Gulf of Mexico views can be seen from every room! The unit was recently renovated and new owners have added even more upgrades and finishing touches! Just a few of the features you'll enjoy include new kitchen appliances, new water heater, new lighting & ceiling fans, new 4K smart TV, under-cabinet kitchen lighting, upgraded Wi-Fi, high quality mattress with bamboo pillow topper, and much more.

Everything you need is provided - beach towels, beach chairs/umbrella, cooler, and even pickleball equipment! This is one of the nicest units and best views available in all of Estero Beach & Tennis Club! The owners of this property manage it themselves, ensuring service and extra attention to detail not found with rentals using commercial property managers.

The highly sought after Estero Beach & Tennis Club (EBTC) is just steps from 7 miles of white sand beach and boasts a newly renovated heated pool, tennis & pickleball courts, shuffleboard, coin-operated washers and dryers, BBQ grill, and picnic tables There are restaurants located within a short driving distance, or you can take the trolley to different locations on the island. For some adventure there are rental boats, jet skis, parasailing and kayaks rentals within walking distance. There is a CVS and a 7-11 (with gas station) two blocks away, and a large grocery store just two miles away.

Nearly all of the common area post-hurricane restoration work has been completed at the EBTC grounds. However, a few repairs are still in progress. The devastation from Hurricane Ian can still be seen throughout Fort Myers Beach, and it will take years for everything to fully recover. But the community remains vibrant and is well on its way! One of the best views we have ever seen, the beaches were not overly crowded. The only thing was the washing machine and dryer were on the first floor and you had to pay to do your laundry, other than that it was one of the best experiences ever

The Perfect Beachfront Oasis

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo! The location couldn’t have been better—directly on the beach with stunning views and the most incredible sunsets. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We spent our days walking the quiet shoreline and soaking up the peace and beauty of the area. Right next to the condo was a small protected bird habitat, and each morning we’d stroll behind it to quietly watch the birds having their breakfast—a peaceful and special part of our routine. Philip, our host, was incredibly gracious and responsive—always available for any questions and made sure we felt right at home. We highly recommend this spot and would absolutely!
