The bathrooms were clean. The hardwoods were clean. The blind needs to be replaced in the kitchen. It would be nice to have a TV in the master bedroom. The toilet paper was very low quality so I would raise the quality of that. The balcony was very nice and the pool was great. The beds were very comfortable. The carpet in the master bedroom needs to be cleaned.

Washing machine and fan in second bedroom not working, Water in hall bathroom smelled like rotten eggs, mattress in second bedroom did not fit the box spring and I killed a roach in the kitchen. But the location and proximity to the beach was excellent.

Salty Hammocks

When we arrived for 4 pm check- in, the condo had not been cleaned. The service came and in a couple of hrs it was ok but they left us no soap of any kind. The kitchen amenities were sparse and a bit grubby. Location and bed comfort was excellent.

Unfortunately the demand for this area has increased so much that it's driving rates higher than what you get in return. Fine place and location but could use an update and utensils upgrade along with a new fridge. The fridge is not only old but looks bad on the outside.
