Great location, owners have spent noticeable time and effort updating the property. Pool is a good size with saltwater. Bedrooms are spacious, living area was very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the screen porch or by the pool. Kitchen is well equipped. The street, even though in the center of St Simons, was very quite, and a short 10 minute walk to East Beach. The bamboo around the back of the property blocked sounds and views of neighboring streets, making you feel secluded in a very dense area.
