The bathroom offers a marvelous shower and a hair dryer for added convenience. the 12-foot ceilings make it spacious and full of light. Open the French doors to a healing garden. This fantastic property also includes amenities like an iron, heating, AC, a washing machine, WiFi, and on street parking. Fall in love with Portland and enjoy the magic it has to offer.

Charming stay and location!

The cottage provided a lovely place for my partner and I to enjoy a night in Portland. The neighborhood was also great to walk around, with a few restaurants and coffee shops close by. Dawn was easy to communicate with and the cottage was super quaint and nicely renovated. And she even left us some freshly picked raspberries from her garden for our arrival! Would definitely stay again!

Dawns cottage is in the cute diverse Brooklyn district with great connections to the city and downtown. The space and backyard were like a peaceful temple, gorgeous lawn with hammock. Would highly recommend not to mention the bikes on hand to go explore the city :)There is also a nature reserve not even a 20minute walk down the road. So serene to walk at sunset.

This home is absolutely above and beyond the usual rental. It’s conveniently located in close-in SE Portland; we were able to ride bikes to the Aladdin (helmets and locks too) provided by the host. This small home is such a luxurious accommodation for a great price. Not sure what the bed linens were made of (fairy wings??) but they were so soft & comfortable! Very private, easy to access the home, everything worked & everything was perfect. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive!!

Fun place, fun times!

Property was as described, as it looked in photos. Really nice setup for a couple. Great neighboorhood with easy access to coffee, beer, music, and awesome food. Cute patio. Quiet. Can open doors and windows and enjoy hanging out. Dawn was easy to connect with and a great host.

Why they chose this property

I have lived in Portland my entire life, but never knew this neighborhood existed until I bought my house 21 years ago. I love its central location and proximity to OHSU and downtown Portland. It is a funky, working class neighborhood where neighbors are kind and take care of their houses, yards, and each other.

What makes this property unique

Although Bike ‘N’ Roll Cottage is six years old, I had it built with all the charm of a 100 year-old Craftsman. There are French doors that open to a beautiful, tranquil backyard with a 100+ year-old fir tree.
