Welcome to the Casino Cottage, a lucky little stay in an Durant, Oklahoma, just 5 minutes from Choctaw Casino, near historic downtown, and 15 minutes from Lake Texoma.

The cottage comfortably hosts six guests, with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, two king beds and two twin beds. We are also pet + family friendly with dedicated workspaces, charging stations, sound machines, and room darkening curtains in every bedroom.

Settle in with a coffee or tea, put a record on, play your favorite artists before the concert or stream your favorite shows and make yourself at home.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Mid-term stays: All stays over 30 days and up to 90 days will require a cleaning + cleaning fee every 30 days. (Once a month)
We LOVE pets! $50 per pet fee | maximum of 2 pets per stay. All pets must be registered. Unregistered pets incur a $250 fee.
No Smoking Indoors. Violations will incur a $500 cleaning fee.

The house was easy to find, in an established safe neighborhood, roomy, clean and reasonably priced. The beds ... OMG ... were comfortable! The bathrooms were clean and new. The built-in shower seat was helpful with our 90 year old Mom, but grab bars and a handheld shower head would have been nice to have. We truly enjoyed our first trip to Durant OK and we will be back to stay at Casino Cottage. We are super pleased!!!

Did not know this house was listed for sale prior to arriving. Was worried about showings while we had it rented. But I don’t believe there were any showings.House is located in a less than desirable area. While it is convenient for location, I don’t know that I would stay again. I was hoping living room would have looked like photos but they had changed out some furniture. I was looking forward to solid green couches for photo opportunities. Floors are soft and uneven in places, overall it was ok but not sure I wouldStay again for the price

Hi Jennifer! Yes, the Casino Cottage is for sale and we have replaced our couches due to wear and tear. However, none of guests will ever be disturbed by showings. We do not allow any showings while we have guests. If you do decide to stay with us again we would love to host you! Thank you!

Property was just as described online. Very clean. Couple of suggestions for future guests: need wash cloths in bathrooms and need night stands of some type in bedrooms- nothing to put phone, charger, fan etc on. Overall great property and good communication/instructions.

Convenient and comfortable

We had a very nice week at the Casino Cottage. It's a nicely modernized home with all the amenities. It's roomy, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you'll need to cook and serve your meals. The host was responsive and helpful. Centrally located and convenient to anything you might want to do or see in Durant.It's a quiet older neighborhood with mature trees - we quite enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the squirrels and a wide variety of birds. We'd happily come back for another stay.
