Welcome to your ocean-view Caribbean home away from home at Point Pleasant Resort, D2.

This beautiful Premiere hilltop 1-bedroom villa offers free 100mb Wi-Fi, a large covered corner balcony, and expansive island, water, and hillside views for a relaxing St. Thomas getaway. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, small families, or remote business travelers, D2 sleeps up to 4 guests and provides a comfortable upper-resort setting with convenient access to guest services and resort amenities.

The villa features a completely renovated, fully equipped kitchen, an indoor dining area for 4, and a spacious living area with a sleeper sofa, loveseat, reading chair, and flat-screen TV. The elevated king bedroom offers direct views of the water and surrounding islands, while the renovated bathroom includes a large river rock shower and vanity area. The large covered corner balcony is ideal for relaxing and taking in the wraparound views.

D2 is located in the upper section of the resort. The guest laundry facility, resort lobby, and activities center are just a couple of minutes downhill from the villa. Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. Shuttle service operates throughout the 15-acre property, and the resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. We also recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance for added peace of mind.

Overall a Great Stay

The resort was clean and in a great location. Parking and driving at the resort are tough. Also, there were no blankets for the sofa bed and the resort told us to contact the owner and the owner told us to contact the resort. The resort finally gave us a blanket the second day after my daughter slept with a beach towel the first night.

Nice View...Enjoyed The Stay

Property was as described. Make sure you are reasonably fit to get around this resort on foot.....lots of hills (we enjoyed the trails). Liked the view from being in one of the buildings at the top of the resort. Love the pools and private beach. Suggest owner purchase an umbrella for the deck and a couple of beach chairs for guest use. Air conditioner was barely good enough in January, not sure it would keep up in Summer time.

Pleasant stay

Resort lives up to its name. We had a very pleasant stay here, staff was nice and accomodating. Unit was clean and comfortable though check in was delayed due to late cleaning. Resort pools were nice. Hilltop pool by the unit was empty the times we went--so nice to have a (semi) private pool to ourselves.

Fake description of the property. The place was dirty, the blinds were broken so in the morning we had full sun. The kitchen ustensiles had so much oil and grease that we had to buy plastics as we did not want to touch them. We found cockroaches under the kitchen sink, and falling from the toaster. We took a lot of pictures to show how nasty this place is. We had to change hotel on Wednesday. The property manager is not helpful and told us that she refund us for the days we did not stay and gave us a free night, but they actually charged us all the nights. They charged us for cleaning fees while they never came to clean, not even once. DO NOT GO HERE. It is a disgusting place.

We enjoyed this charming one bedroom with a corner balcony overlooking Lundquist Bay and St. John in the distance. It was perfect for doing my yoga practice every morning! There was the hum of a nearby water desalination plant to contend with but fortunately it became like white noise after a while :) The staff at Point Pleasant were lovely and attentive. The hilly property was a plus for us as we welcomed the exercise of walking up and down the different levels. But if you don’t feel like walking , the internal shuttle is easy and arrives fairly fast. We were glad they had two restaurants on the property - the Shoreline Grille was low key and easy and our dinner at Mirador was We also liked being close to Red Hook where there

Lovely time!

We had a wonderful warm time! The staff at the resort was fantastic! We never had to wait long for a shuttle or taxi! The location was nice for hitting up multiple beaches! We took a ferry to St. John and went to Trunk bay. An absolute must! I wish I had understood that when it said amazing views, which there was, it meant being at the very top. No way you could walk it either it would be too much. The only other complaint was the sound from what we think was a water treatment plant outside. We couldn’t really relax on the balcony because of that. All in all, point pleasant was a great experience with a great staff. The condo had a very comfortable bed. The stones on the shower floor were a bit tricky to get used too. We went to Moes ( grocery) in red hook and spent little on stuff for omelettes and breakfast for the week Along with hummus, crackers and fruit. ..to come back and realize there’s no seasoning/ butter/ or oil and the condo. Just a few things to remember to either bring with you? So you don’t have to buy them. Olive oil for a small bottle was a lot. We also brought a bottle of champagne with us and bought two small bottles of orange juice at the store. We were able to make everything last. My friend used the Grocery goddess service and spent three times more than normal for a convent delivery of groceries but had way too much and it was a waste of food and money. I’m ready to come back to st Thomas and now knowing what I know , do it again! Even better!!

Great get-away!!

Simply Wonderful

The service staff were incredibly helpful at calling transportation for us, referring us to excursions, and overall providing the most quality service to us. I am excited to return to Point Pleasant when I return to St. Thomas. Views were gorgeous, and everything was amazing. One of the things I would have liked to have in my room was a safe deposit box for valuables like passports, wallets, etc. Thank you, and I look forward to staying with you guys again in the future.
