Located in exclusive Jeremy Cay, the home is situated on Scott Creek which provides boat and kayak access through beautiful Jeremy Inlet to the secluded beach on the Atlantic Ocean where you can spend hours swimming and shell seeking on miles of unspoiled sandy beach. Spectacular sunrises/sunsets, ocean and creek views, and all the sights and sounds of the saltwater marshes are served daily by Mother Nature herself. Whether you enjoy boating, bird watching, crabbing, fishing, kayaking, or just a spectacular view of Edisto's beauty, the vantage points from almost every angle of this magnificent home and the deep-water dock are sure to wow guests of all ages.

The beauty continues indoors with a fully equipped kitchen to ensure your friends and family are entertained in style! The spacious living/kitchen/dining area on the second level features magnificent hardwood floors, full-view picture windows, and comfortable furnishings guaranteeing the best vacation you've experienced yet. Free WiFi and 5 Smart TVs will keep your group entertained should a brief rain shower interrupt your day on the beach or in the boat. The View! Wow! Absolutely breathtaking! The house was clean and honestly the elevator was such a blessing ! This house is perfect! All you need and then some. I recommend renting a golf cart! It makes the experience of Jermey Cay more memorable. We will be back!

Fabulous home and location!

Tequila Sunset is a beautiful home in a cannot be beaten location! Wonderfully spacious and well thought out floorplan. As the name implies, this home offers incredible sunset views. Also, excellent views of the beach while also providing a tidal creek dock for fishing and kayaking. Very easy walk to the amazing Eddingsville Beach where one can easily find pristine shells of numerous types. We will definitely be returning!

Great location, fantastic view. Good design that lets you see all sides around you, which are all beautiful.Pet friendly.Family friendly with several different bedroom layouts and bathrooms attached to all bedrooms.Only real suggestion would be for them to add some blinds or curtains that can be drawn behind the TV or at the end of the kitchen near the kitchen table because it can be blindingly bright in the evenings and close to sunset.

We can’t wait to come back. The space was absolutely perfect for coming together as a family, yet had enough room that you could also get away when needed. Location is unbeatable, the sunsets were breathtaking, and we had everything we needed to cook amazing dinners every night of our stay. This was a tough year for my family, we lost my dad in late October but had booked Tequila Sunset months prior to that. It turns out that instead of having a depressing Christmas missing my dad, we started a meaningful, intentional tradition based on presence and not presents. Thank you!!!!
