Property includes on site laundry facilities, grilling area, private parking spaces and fantastic fishing from the private beach. The unit features a full kitchen, separate bedroom with a queen size bed, pullout full size couch, bathroom with walk-in shower, living room and air-conditioned Florida room. This 505 sq. ft. apartment is exceptionally clean, nicely decorated, large screen TV with basic cable, Wi-Fi service and Roku TV. Walk, bike or drive to the charming historic Downtown Venice with great shopping, restaurants and a vibrant theater and arts scene. Sharky’s fishing pier takes you out about a quarter mile off the beach or you can catch the view from the 2 restaurants overlooking the Gulf.
