About this property
Find peace and get centered at Midpoint on Paugus Bay, Lake Winnipesaukee, NH.
Use this centrally-located cottage on Lake Winnipesaukee as a basecamp for fantastic day adventures around NH. The Lakes Region has many top notch eateries & sights—many accessible by boat! (How special and fun is it to go for ice cream by boat, right?!) This two-story cottage comes equipped with a dock slip if you want to put your boat in during your summertime stay. Or simply relax at the cottage and swim off the shared day dock, bbq on the patio, and read a book upstairs in the sunset rocker.

About the host
Hosted by Tina
Born and raised in New Hampshire, I did adventure across the United States, and have traveled the world. But wherever I go, it makes me realize how special the Live Free or Die state is—especially the Lakes Region. I love nature, wildlife, boating, hiking, skiing ... and great food. I LOVE to share the special NH lifestyle—especially the "lake life"—with guests.
Why they chose this property
Lake Winnipesaukee is world famous. (Even Jimmy Fallon named his daughter after these "high smiling waters.") There is a whole spectrum of endless entertainments around here—from being outdoors hiking, boating, swimming, fishing, and skiing, to relaxing at one of the Lakes Region's MANY quality eateries. Take a stroll along the Weirs Beach boardwalk; visit live NH wildlife at the Squam Lakes Natural Science Center; cruise the lake on the MS Mount Washington; tour the Castle in the Clouds; or go bowling at the world's biggest arcade, Funspot. And you've only just begun. :-)
What makes this property unique
My new-construction cottage is tastefully designed—modern but comfortable. Centrally located, you can easily day trip to many NH sights from this "basecamp." Or if you want to just chill and be a homebody, no problem: fall asleep reading a good book or listening to music. You can also stay local and swim off the shared day dock in Paugus Bay, and/or grill on the patio, or whip up a meal of your own in the equipped kitchen. The place has lovely western exposure to witness the sunset each night. Best feature is that the unit comes with a boat slip so that you can put your boat into Lake Winnipesaukee while you are here!
