Nestled on the shores of beautiful Paugus Bay with direct water access to Lake Winnipesaukee, this beautiful lake house offers picturesque water & mountain views, and room for the whole crew to relax, reconnect, and recharge.
The space
The home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms—one on each floor. It comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests with 3 queen beds, 1 full and 4 twins. All brand new beds and bedding as of 03/2026.
Your own personal boat slip and shared dock!
A smart TV in each room with Disney+.
A beautiful gas fireplace.
And a screened in porch on the side of the house to watch the sunset.
Designed with families in mind, the upper floor includes a bunk bed, making it a hit with kids. A highchair and pack n' play is always on site.:
