The property is conveniently located yet surprisingly private. The 1934 camp has been upgraded to offer modern amenities while preserving its vintage charm. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Two of bedrooms have king-size tempurpedic beds and the third has a full-size bed. There's also a pullout couch on the first floor. The first floor has a beautiful kitchen, a spacious living room, large, glassed-in/screened-in porch, an outdoor grilling deck off the kitchen and a second outdoor deck on the opposite side of the house so you can enjoy sun or shade any time of the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, range and refrigerator. There is a washer and dryer in the basement.

Located on Lake Winnipesaukee, New Hampshire's largest lake, and only minutes away from many superb restaurants and attractions of the Lakes Region. Nearby attractions include Weir's Beach - a large sandy beach and boardwalk and home of MS Mount Washington cruise ship, Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion - an outdoor concert amphitheater, and Gunstock Mountain - a recreational area where you can experience a zipline tour, mountain coaster, and scenic lift rides.
