We had a wonderful stay at this home. It is absolutely beautiful. Plenty of space and just beautifully appointed. Lots of attention to detail, just stunning. It is well equipped with many special touches. The host was fantastic to deal with also. Thank you so much for the great time our family had in Lancaster. We would definitely return.

The house was immaculate. The entire family loved it. So tastefully decorated and clean. It was stocked with everything you could need. A lot of times vacation rental properties are not as good as the photos make them to look, but this house was as good and even better than photos. We would definitely stay there again. Our trip was made even better by this house.

Very comfortable yet farm-luxe stay at the Hoober House. We enjoyed the view of the rolling hills and the farmlands around the house, especially from the deck and the hot tub/fire pit area. The buggies going by were fun for the kids to see. The house was well appointed, from the well-stocked kitchen to the spacious bathrooms with plenty of towels and toiletries.Comfy couches, chairs and play areas were enjoyed by all of our party. The dining area fit all of our big crew, so everyone could enjoy family and friend time. We really enjoyed the homemade tea, yogurt and granola stocked in the kitchen! Would love to stay again!

We have stayed at several properties in the Lancaster area over the years, but this was the best by far. Plenty of bedrooms, four full baths, located close to all the places we wanted to see. Lots of extras that were unexpected. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if available when we come back. Thank you for a terrific accommodation.

This lovely home is spacious and comfortably accommodated two families with eight children total. Check-in was very easy. The host was communicative, and there was a binder with useful information in the kitchen. The house was well-equipped with kitchen items, soaps, coffee supplies, etc., and was also clean. We enjoyed the peaceful setting, with horses across the street and fields behind the house. It was a short drive to mini golf and Dutch Wonderland, both fun outings with the kids. It's worth noting that there are no TV's in the house, which is a "pro" for some and "con" for others. I would recommend this house to families visiting Lancaster.

Our family had an amazing stay at this property. Honestly, it exceeded our expectations and was even better than described. Our stay was our family's vacation and included adults and 3 preschoolers. We loved the house as it was large enough to meet everyone's wants and needs. The full basement/ play room was ideal for us as we could have the grown up's dinner there and thus allow the littles ones to fall asleep easily. Also, the farmer's market around the corner was convenient. We experienced excellent communication with the house manager and quick fix to not tub issue. This was the priciest house we have ever used - and it was so worth it.
