Davena is very friendly, we enjoyed the stay. The house is old, but large enough to accommodate big parties. Pet friendly. Beech is pet friendly as well. The pool and hottub are set at right temperature.

It was a pleasure hos you and your family/Guests. So glad to know that you all had a wonder time. We are scheduled for a new kitchen in January/February 2027 including flooring, bookcase on main floor. We will also have a new closet on the top floor. The ground floor was renovated in 2011. We keep the house clean even though it was custom built in 1988. We hope you enjoyed the ocean front balcony which was just recently renovated. The sunrise and ocean views are absolutely stunning! Beautiful home!! My family and I had the best time! The beach was absolutely beautiful, the pool was great for the kiddos and the rooms were all very spacious! The host was very good about communicating through the whole stay!

TYSM Mrs. D. We really enjoyed hosting you, family and friends. We have turned off the spa for the summer. We have it on from November- May again. We learned that we need to remind our Guests to rinse off before going in the spa because it makes the water turn green.😁Our pool maintenance team was extremely helpful. The house was absolutely beautiful, with beautiful views. It was very welcoming and the host and her assistant was always responding to any questions I had. The only thing I will say is, 2 days wasn't enough, lol. Great lil Mother's Day getaway.

We used our stay to host a small wedding. The property was amazing! It comfortably supported 25 people for the event which included a sit down dinner. Every single guest raved about how wonderful the property was. Our host, Divina, was amazing. She was extremely accomodating and attentive before and during our stay. We will definitely make a return visit!
